Jugo Juice

Walked up to order something, the lady working there looked at my family and I and said nothing. I said hi. She gave me a death stare. I asked a question, she ignored us. I've had some decent drinks here before, but the service seems to be nothing short of embarassing. If I was the owner I would fire the staff working tonight. If that was the owner, I'd close and go into something where I didn't have to deal with the public.

Love their smoothies. A bit expensive but the rewards are amazing

Got the mango magic smoothie and the falafel wrap. Both were great and the customer service was good. Can't give five stars simply because it was my first time getting food/drink from Jugo. Will go again on my lunch break.

Tried the Apple juice and it was nice.

Rarely do I ever write bad reviews, but I went to Jugo Juice today around 6p.m. (Friday August 25th). A Desi woman was making both my smoothies, she finished them and the cup was only 3/4 of the way full. I told her that the cup was not full and she then coldly looked at me without words and she added some apple juice reblended, unfortunately the cup was still not full. Avoiding the headache I just opted to go home. When I got to my car and tasted one of the smoothie, they surely used something that had gone bad (maybe the milk?) because it tasted rotten. The other smoothie tasted like the $1 frozen lemonade you get from timmies, no fruit. I advise save your money go anywhere else, the quality, quantity and customer service are not it!

I order their kale super something salad. A bowl of mostly just kale with a couple of soggy cauliflower florets a few veggies and 3 quinoa balls which were dry and tasteless did not eat them. food is overpriced, it costs $14 for this salad served in a plastic bowl very hard to mix and with little dressing.

The first time I came here, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They quickly and politely accommodated my request to swap out a specific ingredient in the drink for another one. I don't like drinks with seeds in them, but the drinks were fantastic and perfectly blended, I will most likely return soon!

My wife bought a wrap with avocado in it and the person who made it didn't remove the black avocado skin. The cashier took 20 minutes to issue a refund after disagreeing with her that it was inedible. Finally she called her boss and issued the refund. Very questionable. Stick to the smoothies I guess...
