Very responsive to my questions prior to the service. Called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Very conscientious about Covid by wearing a mask the whole time. Did a walk through , asked questions to be sure we were on the same page as to what I wanted done and then provided the cost prior to starting the work.Great job in cleaning the carpet. They look very good. I was impressed that some of the pet stains I thought wouldn’t come out, actually looked great when he was finished. Would definitely recommend Dylan to anyone and will definitely use the service again

Our carpets have NEVER been cleaner! Dylan was professional, friendly and thorough. He takes pride in his work. We could not have asked for more. We can honestly say that no carpet cleaning service has done as good a job on our carpets. He also did a fabulous job on our tile floors - where the grout had started to look dirty. This is now out go to" company for any carpet

Dylan is AWESOME! He steamed and deodorized a bedroom, office, hallway, and stairway for my house. The carpet is like it was brand new. He uses his skills with integrity and is the epitome of customer oriented. I couldn't be happier with ProTech Carpet Cleaning!

Had the opportunity to have Dylan out to our home and will not hesitate next time. The carpets look great. He was very accommodating and courteous of both our time and space. He was careful to move safely around us and our equipment as we moved in to our house. He truly cares about his customers and their experience. He took the time to explain the process from start to finish including very specific tips on what to focus on to maintain our space. Dylan's also the type of person who might lend you a drop cloth for your still wet stairs that give you access to your storage room as you move and/or a powerful fan for the bedroom you hope to sleep in the night of your cleaning day.

ProTech Carpet Cleaning with Dylan did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. We had the living room, family room, all our stairs and hallway, and the traffic areas of our bedrooms cleaned. Over the 20 years in our home this was by far the best job cleaning our carpets ever. We will definitely use ProTech Carpet Cleaning in the future.
