Hafa is not only a super talented photographer and great professional, but she also does absolutely everything in order to make you feel comfortable at the photo sessions. She’s great at customer service, go beyond what’s expected. She not only answered all my questions but also gave me lots of suggestions to make the photos look great (and yes, the photos are absolutely amazing). From the very beginning when we saw her website and initial communication by email to setup our appointment, Rafa was very professional and accommodating, while at the same time we felt very at ease with the way she introduced herself to our children and got them to choose a ‘stuffy helper companion toy’ ahead of the appointment day to “break the ice”.The day she took our pictures she took her time to help everyone be very at ease and enjoying the session in every moment. Rafa has a great eye to capture natural and spontaneous emotions of family joy and smiles, while at the same time with attention to detail and ensuring you have an amazing album of shared memories through her lenses.Delivery of both our digital and printed pictures was prompt and diligent exceeding our expectations.I would highly recommend her services and have no doubt I look forward to future sessions once our children will mark future milestones.

When I found Cupclick on Instagram I never thought it would become one of the best experiences of my life. Rafa is a professional photographer who was very flexible with our requests. She is very sweet, kind lady who builds friendly relationship with little ones. My three-year old girl liked her so much that she kept talking about her for days. We had an AmAzInG experience with Hafa, she is super talented, professional, kind and polite! I had some other experiences with some different photographers but our experience with Hafa was completely different and it involved lots of fun and we were content! my toddler hates taking picture but Hafa did a great job (I would say mAgic) and took wonderful pictures of her with beautiful smile! she played with my daughter the whole session and gave her a wooden camera as her assistance and at the end gave her some surprises! the next day my daughter who hates taking picture asked me “where is Hafa? I wish she was here” lol. we love our photos which presented in a beautiful box with lovely packaging and beautiful flash memory. trust her, she is amazingly aMaZiNg!

Rafa is an outstanding photographer and a kind person. I had her at my son’s first birthday and as a pandemic baby he’s not used to new faces but she managed to play with him and make our photos even a more special occasion.
