Kevin's Towing & Recovery

I 150% reccomend anyone that is needing a tow to call Kevin. He is such a friendly guy. He was so helpful and patient with my difficult tow. He is 100% honest and fair to his customer's.Thanks again Kevin for the great and honest service! :)

This is my first review of my life. I needed help and was told to Kevin. It was a cold rainy Sunday night and Kevin came over right away. He soon realized that I was in a bad situation. He went over and above expectations. I wish there were more people like him in the world. Thanks Kevin. Customer for life.

Always helpful, efficient, quick and fair service! I mostly use Kevin's Towing for work related but have his number programmed into my personal phone so I can easily reach them for any emergency need that may come up. Always my top recommendation!

This review is long overdue, due to some computer problems...It's also a long review, but WORTH the read. Kevin's is an excellent towing company! Affordable prices, knowledgeable, efficient & reliable. We had a VERY complex tow this past winter.. We got our John Deere snowblower stuck in our back yard area on top of our septic bed (don't ask how it got there). Our first thought was to use our own vehicle to pull it out (4x4) - tires were bald & that vehicle got stuck also. So our next step, we called CAA since we have a premium membership. They sent a driver from Fred's towing. His 4x4 had been broken the night before and he didn't want to drive up our slightly icy driveway to get to the tractor... (you didn't need 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway). So he suggested we place a new call with CAA the following morning as he was not able to do it. So the next morning (Saturday) comes around, we have two friends over and they manage to get both vehicles unstuck and then restuck in a slightly different spot. So we called CAA again. They send another driver from Fred's. He manages to blow a hydraulic line in the process of removing the first vehicle, we manage to get the first car almost to the top of the hill & this tow truck also gets stuck! He calls a friend, who gets him unstuck and our vehicle unstuck but didn't pull the tractor out. He tells me to call him the next day and he will help us get it out, without the call to CAA. So we do that on Sunday, he says he will call back around 6:00pm and never does. Monday, a family member comes over to help us get the tractor unstuck and digs it in deeper... FINALLY we find Kevin's online, and find out he's well recommended by friends of ours also- would have been nice to know from the start! I called Tuesday around 12 noon and let him know I wouldn't be there until 4:45 due to work, he told me to call on my way home from work so that's what I did. He basically met me at the house- there within 30 minutes of the call and took about 15 minutes to pull the damn thing out with no problem! It was very clear that he was knowledgeable and knew exactly what had to be done. He was prepared to hook his truck to a tree knowing the direction it would slide in, had to attach pieces to the winch to pull the vehicle up without going into a tree and made a 5 day job look seamlessly easy. The best part? Tow was inexpensive, we definitely wish we could have paid from the start instead of taking the CAA route.On a second note, we used Kevin's just a couple weeks after this episode as well because our car got stuck up the driveway during a heavy heavy snowstorm. Kevin's was still there within 40 minutes during a time that would have been very busy- CAA quoted 1 hour+ & I had to leave for work but couldn't because of the car in the middle of the driveway... I was running an hour late but probably would have been 2 if we didn't call Kevin's and waited for CAA. Again, he had the car out in 10-15 minutes & was reasonably priced. He also, remembered us.. (how could you not?) Which I guess was nice to feel like a valued customer- just an unfortunate situation on our part to have to be remembered by a tow truck driver, ha!

Called for an unlock of my work truck. 10 mins they showed up. 5 mins he was in. 20 mins I was on the road. Professional and quick. The way it should be.

Kevin's towing is Great with decent rates their service driver Brandon was very quick to arrive he towed my car with very much care for quick and safe service go for Kevin's towing.

Yestersay while filling up my gas tank at a busy gas station. I had an employee from KEVINS TOWING AND RECOVERY, call me an a******* , because he claimed I took too long filling up my tank. He then continued to verbally harras me ,spewing verbal insults all because he had to wait . I was horrified and scared . I would absolutely not recommend using this company,especially if you ar a female. This employee is an embarrassment to the company and lacks professionalism . Unfortunately I was not able to retrieve his license number , as I was scared to hang around and deal with his verbal harrassment.

The service was great and he was very quick at getting to me and lifting the car up. A very great hearted company. Reasonably priced, honest and kind. Thank you so much for coming to get me when I was in a rut!

Quick service, very professional, more than reasonable price. Even gave me some insight on what might be wrong with the car. Hope I never have to call again, but I would without hesitation.

We called Kevin on a long weekend when we were stranded and needed a tow. Kevin was there within 45 minutes and towed me a long distance to my service depot. Great guy, would highly recommend.
