This was a TERRIBLE experience! Nurse Next Door came to our home and spent over an hour building a Care Plan for our 94 year old Father. I am his Caregiver and I needed some support. The lady that met with us seemed very capable and caring. The very first day they were to come for two sessions of three hours each, to help my Father with personal care, light meals and company as well as some housekeeping. They just didn't show up! The Caregiver for the morning was a no show and my Father received a call from NND asking to speak to her. He told them she hadn't shown up, and he was told they had nobody they could send as a replacement. Then he received another call asking if it would be okay for them not to come in the evening as well as they had nobody again!!! My Son heard what had happened and came home from work as my Father was understandably quite shaken up. This was inexcusable and completely unbelievable!!! Simply said, these people put my 94 year old Father at risk with not a care. Their follow up was just a series of apologies...the kind that make you think they've said it a few too many times to sound even remotely believable. I was and still am utterly disgusted.( I gave one star as this website required a one star minimum to post.)

I will not be using this place if they use your postcode for different charges when I'm in my desperate moment very bad business
