Very friendly staff. As soon as I walked in with my dogs, they were offered treats right away. I asked for the product I was looking for and the staff went right to the spot, grabbed the product and brought it to me at the register. Awesome job!

New store looks good and staff are friendly

Real friendly people and always stock. But I bought my last bag of food. I went there and the price jacked 5 dollars. Thats crazy! Blaming it on Everything Going On". Very Poor."

Selection is good for a small town pet store. Stuff for almost every type of pet. Most of the staff is friendly! It is a little bit on the expensive side but I guess that has to do with the high overhead of a small store in a town with a low population. Hard to compete with the box stores.

Your staff today were quite lacking in customer service. 3 standing around the cash register talking amongst themselves while a customers waited.

I was in the other day, I asked the lady about dog collars for pullers. I have a German Shepherd and he is a strong puller. I asked about the Cesar Milan choker collar and leash, she said you could use that one but I’d recommend the halti lead. She had one in the store but it was the wrong size, she showed me how it worked and said this would be my best bet, told me what size to get and all the details. She said I should order from Amazon because she wasn’t sure when they would get one in. Now she could have not mentioned the halti at all knowing she didn’t have the size I needed and sold me the Cesar one which she did have in the store but she did not. She didn’t sell me anything actually, she was looking out for mine and my dogs best interest!! That makes me happy- great customer service!! Thank you so much. I’d did order one on Amazon, got and tried it and it’s perfect! Thanks againMarie ❤️

Exceptional store! Very clean and the staff are knowledgable. Never seems too busy so there is always a staff member able to help out. Lots of choices of dog and cat foods both wet and dry.The store is a little pricey but they always have a big deal of some sort.

We took our Boston in on Sunday, the 29th and, as my walking mobility is aided by crutches, it is difficult to get around. But our rescue needed a strong summer harness. The weather was hot, over 30 degrees. As we entered the store we were greeted with a very sweet and genuine young lady who was so very helpful fitting our dog with a proper harness. At checkout I suddenly felt as if I was going to pass out. And this young lady helped me get to our vehicle that my husband had pulled up to the door. She even put my crutches in our vehicle as my husband was trying to hold our dog in check. How many clerks would go that far? We appreciated her help so very much. This young lady’s name is Brie. There should be more clerks like her.
