Today i went into this store at this location in Lansdown mall on Sept 8,2016 at 6:55pm hoping to plan for a trip to Asia, I cannot believe the HORRIBLE RUDE service this asian man provided. No words can describe the WORST service and poor mannerism this asian man provided. This man literally made me feel as though i was a BEGGAR, wasting his time by asking him a question. This agent deserves to be fired for working in this company, such poor work ethics.I will definitely tell all my friends and my company NEVER to purchase airfares or travels packages from this location in Lansdowne. I feel horrible for the owner of M's travel for having such a horrible employee working on the day of Sept 8,2016 at 6:55pm

I would give 0 star if there's an option.DO NOT deal with them. They will charge more after you left the store even though contract signed and money paid.PLUS, yelling on the phone!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Dammed travel agents are scammers bought a round trip tickets for two ppl and they only confirmed us in going to one place and not going back airline told us the chances of getting on to flight we are supposed to be going on is less then 5% and meaning we would have to buy another tickets to get back and it would be in later days … and we can’t even request a refund bc the receipt written is 100% non changeable and airline can’t believe us that we have payed even with that receipt bc we didn’t buy it from the airline … how lovely
