If it wasn't for the awesomely friendly manager if this KAL tire branch our Rocky mountain trip would have ended. He helped us replace a tire that had been damaged after hitting a pothole. Great fast service at a fair price. Barry is our hero!

My boyfriend went in for a tire repair and test to see if his tires were safe to drive on. They sent him out in the rain and told him they were safe to drive on. He almost got into an accident the next day because the tire blew from how worn it was. The other tire shop he went to wouldn't even let him take the van because the other tires were so worn that they legally couldn't let him drive on them.Super dangerous.

The ladies working here are so lovely and helpful. I brought my car here for an alignment and they were extremely fast and took lots of care. I recommend them to anyone needing tyre and wheel help!

Very disappointed in my experiences here recently. Poor job on an oil change, they did not do the 21-point inspection that they promise (fluids were low) and further, when getting my brakes serviced the cap was not on properly on the reservoir, resulting in it overflowing and spilling all over and underneath the battery and corroding one of the battery posts. When I took it back, they did a quick glance at it and said it's fine, did not take any responsibility. I won't be back.

Update: After contacting, manager fixed the scratches free of charge. Owned up to the mistake with no issues. Good service.Went in for a tire repair due to a punctured screw. Did a fantastic job of fixing the tire but scratched my rims in a few places during the process. Would not return due to the damage caused.

There are 3 locations, this one is the best Kal Tire in town. Waiting area is well designed, clean and comfortable.But most importantly, the people working there are always professional, experienced and knowledgeable, Kelsey in particular. They go above and beyond to get the job done perfectly.

We had a really great experience at KAL tire with Barrie and Kelsey. They not only fixed our flat tire within 10 minutes, they gave us so many helpful recommendations in the area as we were from out of town. Their customer service was wonderful and we’re glad to have met them!

I needed my wheel alignment done today. I called them and they were able to squeeze me in immediately (even though they seemed to be quite busy). Excellent customer service for that matter.
