Took my dog in for a total groom package. Very friendly staff. They take their time to do a good job, care for the animals, and we're still done sooner than I expected. Well done, folks!

I must say the young gentleman who helped me out here was absolutely a pinnacle of politeness and great customer service. He helped me as I was browsing the store and then hurried to help me when the line I was waiting in was a bit held up. I took my dog to the Okotoks groomers for a puppy cut on Saturday, March 6. This was the second time that I took my puppy to Petsmart groomers. The first time was at Mackenzie Petsmart (see picture below with the bandana) It was really good, so I imagined this time would be the same experience. Although the lady was nice, when I got my dog back he looked very different and did not smell nice. They cut his face too short, close to his eyes, and he was crazy scared. For a few days he did not act like himself, like he was not treated well there. Also, from that day his eyes have been really red. I don’t know if it is because of the shampoo or what. He also didn't get a bandana in the end. (2 pictures from okotoks groomer below). Overall I’m very disappointed and I hope other puppies won’t experience the service my puppy experienced. I will not be taking him here again

Great selection! They have everything you need for a wide variety of pets, and the prices I find are lower than other pet stores. The staff is very friendly and are very helpful when you ask them for assistance. I am giving 4/5 stars because I feel they could improve on their customer service. By this I mean that it is always hard to find someone to assist you when you need it. You often have to search the entire store to find someone to help you. I also find that quite often there is a huge line up at the cash register and not enough staff to effectively assist customers with their purchase in a timely manner. With all that being said, I still love this store, and I have no complaints about the attitude of the staff, they really are wonderful, and will remain a frequent customer!

The groomers at the Okotoks location have all been there quite some time. My dogs love them and are treated with such kindness. I highly recommend each of them. Thank you Ireland, Lilian, Dawn, Karli and the others :)

We just love our groomer, Dawn Strand (Okotoks). She is extremely kind and patient, and a real Joy to deal with. Dawn does an incredible job, grooming our Sheep-a-doodle, Tucker. We love watching Tucker strut his stuff, after a visit with Dawn.

My Piglets needed transport on holiday weekend. Was able to purchase some much needed wood shavings. It was Alder shavings, I now have the best smelling piglets in the West

My boyfriend and I decided to go inside to look around" as we were waiting to be somewhere for a specific time. Bad Idea! I ended up falling for the tricks of getting this massive stuffed banana for my dog....she loves it though and I can't resist getting her something anytime I go into a petstore! The service was fantastic though!!!They have mostly everything you'd need for your pet
