I let three employees in my back yard to do work and one employee intenionally demaged the lock on my fence when i did get a key fast enough for them . I told them to get off my property and as they left I followed behind to shut the gate the worker slammed my own gate on me. So I called the owner to complain paul and his response was to yell very aggressively at me, to not have kicked them out of my back yard dont be nice to them try to help them they get aggressive with you and there is three men. I would find a better company to install things in our city we deserve to be safe in our own property

On April 26/21 Three Silverline employees entered my backyard by disabling two locking mechanisms on my gate, There was two vehicles in the driveway and I was home, Instead of giving me time to come outside and open the gate they chose to enter my private property. When I confronted them I asked if there is an emergency and they needed to access the pole, The answer was NO. Instead of apologizing they tried to make excuses for there actions. I wanted to call Silverline, It was after 4 pm the office was closed so I emailed them. It's 8:30 am the following morning, Sliverline opened at 7 am. I'm waiting for a response, I don't want to call because I'm very upset.After speaking with the owner I wanted to add this, Silverline employees are not at fault, This is all management's fault, Management feels that a easement means that don't have to show any respect for the homeowner or their property. This is the first time in 17 years I've had to deal with a company's management, every other company has management that respects the homeowner and their property. Good management is the key.

Very friendly bunch of men. I have poles in my backyard and they came and asked with sufficient time for me to get the key and let them in.

Not fed up. Totally satisfied. Not only did they service my pole. But the owner couldn’t be better of a person. Called after 4 men serviced my pole. Big shout out to Big Al and the stabbing cabin. The company was amazing. The bearded man was adorbs and came in and made me lunch after his hard days work.

The guys from silverline came out, and I’ll tell ya, the work they did on my pole was spectacular, they were up it and back down it before I could finish my pop tart. If you’re pole has been neglected for a while just give the boys from Silverline a call. Oh and the guy with the beard actually saved a birds life right in my back yard. Praise Jesus.

Hardest workers, I know!

These losers were doing maintenence on the power lines in front house yesterday. After a big rain, they decided to park their truck so that it was straddling the shoulder of road, leaving a big tire mark in my lawn. Not realizing this, I proceeded to cut my lawn the next day and as I went over the tire tracks, my lawnmower bottom out, firing dirt and gravel into oncoming traffic. Luckily no damage occured to the vehicle passing by, however, there is now two long patches of scalped earth in my lawn. Its 4pm on a Friday, so i dont expect to get ahold of anybody but i will send an email and follow up Monday morning. After reading other comments of people experiencing a variety of issues with this company, I had to write this review. This is unacceptable! One star, all the way, zero if I could.
