Definitely one the better A&Ws around, probably the most consistent. I could live off buddy burgers so I'm biased.

One of my favourite places to grab a quick veggie burger. I honestly think A&W has one of the tastiest vegetarian patties out there! This joint does a great job with it, fast too. Tip if you're really hungry, get 2 beyond meat patties, it's worth it!

Paid $15 for a grandpa burger alone . Ridiculous. Never again. I even had a credit for a flat root beer..maybe they charged me.for it? I wasn't given a receipt. This company is going down hill and it's caused from the insane prices they charge

Selected a 2 for 1 teen burger for delivery. No indication anything further is necessary to select to take advantage of the deal. When it arrived it wasOnly one order not doubled up. I called the store where he said another box is needed to be checked off. I was already charged the fees and told him to correct the matter. I asked for his name. He refused to give his name. I used no obscenities in the discussion for correction. He instead hung up on me. I called back and indicated unless he was prepared to correct that matter I would escalate it to head office. He said don’t call and hung up.Shocked that a discussion for correction makes someone behave in this manner. Not even able to be mature enough to provide a name for the discussion?We are often happy with the food, just poorly managed and immature.

I went late night and staff was very Nice and polite. But one patty served was burnt. Wasted of money. I have asked them to make it fresh but I think they put the old patty into the oil again.

I have never ordered food online until December 2020. I ordered from A&W and I enjoyed the food. Once when my burger was burned, so I complained. They refunded the money, but after that once in few orders they kept messing up my order. I changed the store. This store burned my burger, too. And after that I did the same thing. They started missing drinks. I didn't get the refund once and today just now. I requested for beyond meat burger with no lettuce and I received my burger with just lettuce, no buns and the patty. Done with you A&W. Never ordering from you ever again.

This is the better A&W in the Hamilton and surrounding area. The food is consistently prepared right each time I’ve ordered here. One of the cleaner locations as well. Owner is pleasant and friendly when he’s around. I only subtracted one star because I’ve had less then friendly service from a couple cashiers who are more preoccupied with rushing you.Overall the best choice for ‘fast food’ in the area.

Stopped by late night to grab some food while the car charged. Indoor dining was closed but they let me walk through. Service was a bit slow but the food was as expected and the staff were accommodating and friendly. It's what you'd expect from fast food at a gas station.

Service was good. Coffee is not that good (comparing Tim's) but the spicy chipotle chicken wrap was good and the deal was good. 3 rating is because of the coffee.
