I am not quite sure what went wrong here. Initially, this location did a splendid job on a bed-liner install and I was very happy. I asked for another job to be performed and the Manager accepted the task and said the parts were on order. Two months and many, many follow-up communications via email later...The work remains outstanding. If this location could not perform the work or there was difficulty in sourcing the part - Some form of communication should have been made. Disappointed and what a waste of time.

If you’re looking for upgrades for your truck this is the TOP ONE STOP SHOP where Matt and the crew will make your wishes and dreams come true! They’ve turned my work truck into a show truck! I was quoted for a cover and it didn’t go the way THEY wanted and they gave me an upgrade at a cost to them cause their word and quality meant MORE!As other reviewers have stated they were ‘blown away’ so was I and so will you!SO GO NOW! :)

Sucked me into the shop, by offering ~$200 less for a trailer-hitch package, for our Sante Fe.Once there, they didn’t honour the initial phone offer, but suddenly similar price to all other quotes. Already there, and looked like a decent place, so made our deposit, and booked the install. Took almost 5 hours to install hitch and wiring!! Apologies offered and accepted…While shopping for a small trailer, we discovered that the installation didn’t include the required electric brake!! I know I told them we were planning on using it for a trailer, so why no mention of the brake??Now we have to go SOMEWHERE ELSE and spend another $200+ for a electric brake, which should have been part of the initial quote!!

Went to this location to get some advice and rear brake light hooked up on a used canopy we purchased. Not only did Matt (store manager) and Richard & James (installers) help us, they went above and beyond. Giving advice on how to get parts if not from them and installed the wiring for the rear brake light quickly and professionally. We’ll keep coming to this location now as the service was incredible. Thanks guys!

They honestly don't even deserve a single star. Nothing but a run around after having our truck for a whole WEEK! We had other work done, which okay fine, but what we took our truck in for initially still wasn't done! Poor customer service, blaming the parts delivery guy, last minute providing information, and drilling holes into our truck box before figuring out the original parts wouldn't work. Won't be coming back! I would take your business elsewhere honestly. We are relatively reasonably understanding people, and don't complain about much... but this was too much.

I dropped off my truck at 9am they didn't start working on it until, they said 11am. It was promised to be done from 3-5pm. I was dropped off at 2:40, they said it would done in 45 mins to an hour. I waited and it wasn't done until 5:20. They said they had trouble with some bolts and the spare tire. They never gave me any updates as I waited. At least they could have updated me at some point! They were friendly and professional guys. When they say it may take all day, they really mean it! It's too bad I really needed my truck at 3pm! Thanks guys for all your hard work!

The store manager, Doug, ensured we were satisfied, the product met our needs, and the installation was to our liking. This store exudes customer service and satisfaction; they go above and beyond to provide individualized service delivery.

The customer service is top notch. Matt and Dough were extremely helpful in dealing with some frustrating technical issues related to my canopy installation. Dough went above and beyond by delivering replacement parts in person to my residence. Always on top of things, amazingly proactive and professional . Thank you gentlemen !
