I recently purchased a stackable set from ARC. They have a lot of stock with great prices. The sales team was patient as they showed me all available options and answered all my questions. They’re able to check what exactly was fixed on each set so that was reassuring as well. They also held my set for an extended period of time since I still had to get some work done first! Delivery and install was quick and easy. The install team was very friendly and they took the time to go over care and maintenance.Highly recommend.

Had a delivery done today for a replacement stovetop where the delivery showed up earlier than scheduled by 45mins. The guy rang the bell and then immediately proceeded to knock on the door about 8 seconds after he initially rang the bell. He then abruptly asked, delivery?" He then proceeded to enter the house with his colleague with their filthy shoes on. They were extremely brash with removing the existing unit and the installation as well. Poor attitude and absolutely unprofessional in their conduct!"

We went in to look for a stackable washer/dryer for a good price, we also try to be environmentally friendly. We got great service when we initially went in and the set was delivered within a few days. We had issues with the washer but our availability didn’t work with the techs schedule so they delivered a new set to us. Come to find out that the hose was the issue when they came out again for the 3rd time. These guys went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue and gave us a great deal and good service as well. Will definitely use them again for future purchases and recommend to friends and family.

This is our second set of washer & dryer purchased from ARC & we are completely satisfied with their excellent customer service. Jean is fantastic in explaining & helping us choose the right washer/dryer. Emma gave us a good deal on each of our purchase. She is really great in working with us to get the best deal! Brandon helped us with the paperwork. Kevin & Manuel delivered the appliances with excellence. Both are very helpful & accommodating to our request. Overall, it is always a pleasure doing business with these people. We highly recommend them.

Best place in southern Alberta to get an awesome reconditioned appliance. Great people and awesome technician's. Bought our Samsung Dryer off these guys last Sept, and warranty was over, but when my element burnt out Emma sent out Romeo and he fixed my dryer up and all I paid was the price of the tech coming out.
