We bumped into Kris in a petrol station and noticed the sign on his pickup.We got chatting and took his card after explaining we had recently bought a house with a coal fire and needed the fire looked over.We arranged a visit and to Kris's word he arrived bang on the time he said he would.Our coal fire turned out to be a gas fired coal effect fire that someone had possiblity been burning something on.Kris cleaned the fire and flu and the amount of soot and debris was quite alarming.His knowledge and understanding of fires is very comforting to know and needless to say we will be using his services again in the future to ensure the flu doesn't get clocked up again..

Fantastic service from Kris, he arrived on time, confirmed what we required and carried the job out, giving updates as he went along, showed us the tile that needed replaced, which he done and gave advice about the condition of the other fire bricks. He completed the job absolutely no mess AT ALL. Fully briefed and checked our carbon monoxide monitor. This is the second time we’ve used Kris and will not need to look for anyone else. 100% professional from start to finish and we’ve even got a chimney sweep certificate.

Kris was so professional and knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to get best use from our log burner which has made a massive difference. I would recommend to anyone that they call Kris. Good value and excellent service. Will definitely be booking again next year.

Kris did a first class job,very knowledgeable about the system,gave good tips about getting the most from your woodburner and how to keep it maintained. Mindful of the area he was working in and made sure the area was spotless when leaving. First time using his service but would highly recommend and have already booked him for next year.

Kris was very prompt in booking us in for our sweep before the season started, very reasonable price and quick and easy to arrange. Kris was on time, polite and friendly and very efficient. He did an amazing job sweeping our chimney, very thorough job and very knowledgeable.
