At the beginning I had a great experience. However, I had a medical condition come up in the fall and had my membership put on pause; which I thought was very nice of them. Later, when I talked with the owner in the new year he had let me know the “pause” in my membership was coming to an end and that my renewal would be coming up. I told him I would have to cancel my membership and then didn’t hear anything for a few days. He then decided to tell me days later (the day they charged my visa card) that I needed to give a 30 days notice. I knew nothing about this and felt there was extreme lack of communication on their part, especially because they could have told me this when I informed them I was cancelling the membership. Now I’m stuck with $173.00 bill for the month. I’m super disappointed in how they handled this and the fact that they weren’t willing to work with me. Not sure how long this business will be around when they treat clients this way. Won’t be returning!

Love the community that CrossFit Spruce Grove brought together.I was a beginner when it came to fitness when I discovered this place and these guys were great! They met me where I'm at and helped me gain confidence.High recommend checking this place out. Trainers are great, community is amazing and workouts that will leave you sweaty but happy.

I am 6 months into taking classes at CrossFit Spruce Grove and I have noticed physical and mental improvements in myself. Before deciding to join I was intimidated by the technical aspects of CrossFit, but the welcoming atmosphere and coaching helped me settle in. Can't wait to see what the next 6 months hold. Drop into a class if you want to level up your fitness!

Great gym, super friendly owner

Dropped in from Texas while visiting family over Thanksgiving. Hannes was super friendly and accommodating...even though I was a late arrival. He worked me right in mid-WOD! Great work-out!
