If I could give zero stars I wouldThe young Caucasian girl working was way too inappropriate and unprofessional. She was rude to me and was sooo nice to the Caucasian men that were in the store. She then proceeded to have an attitude and then kicked me out when I suggested that if “you work in customer service, it doesn’t cost anything to be polite” felt very racist and awful. I stopped in the store for someone and she treated a PREGNANT lady this way, and threatened to call the cops? For what reason? I wasn’t acting out.I would highly recommend The Joint down the street! Super friendly greeting and big smiles when you go there!!

I shopped there for my first time last week. I am a smoker of 28 years and have freshly quit substituting with vaping. Im always nervous to try new things and Desiree was amazing, totally making me feel confident to try a new product. Great customer service. Love what I left with. Definitely coming back.

Just switched to vaping from smoking cigarettes and needed some help. I don’t know her name but the woman (brunette ) who works weekdays was so helpful! She is so nice and answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations. This will be the only vape shop that I will ever buy from.

My girlfriend (who is from Regina) says this is her favorite Vape Store in Winnipeg hands down! Her and I only smoke disposable vapes, so we are in often. In fact, I cant seem to find any other than The Steam Shoppe that has the original 2500 Mr. Fogs. It seems to be an anomaly now. Everytime we walk in their we are greated with fun, laughter, and respect. I believe her name is Desiree. We always look forward to stopping by for our 2500 Mr. Fogs, and will continue to do so!
