Mind Games Sunridge Mall

Bought a faulty item at the South Center Mall Mind Games and went to this location to exchange it, but this location didn't have the same item. Staff were really pleasant and answered all my questions and allowed me to use the credit from the faulty item for something else in store.

May 20 2023 Older lady employee is so rude. Yelling at kids with their parents. Learn some Customer Service skills. Hope this place closes

I had the worst experience here. Went into the store looking for a specific game so I went to the front desk and this girl with short dyed hair was just sitting on her phone and when I asked if they had the item available in stock she was just plain rude and gave me so much attitude. I didn't even bother with my purchase, I just left the store.

Big selection of board games, huge selection of Funko Pop bobble heads. Good place to buy toys for little and big kids. We were in the store for a while but not offered any help.

Good spaced out store, however when inside with my friend there was a worker who was complaining loudly about how she doesn’t want to work with another employee. As a customer it made the shopping experience less enjoyable as that’s the only thing you could hear was that employee opening complaining and talking badly about another staff member. Thank you Neil for your good customer service though!

I love it here the prices are a bit more expensive but man is it worth it the employees at this store are amazing and some of the nicest people. An employee in specific is Stephanie every time I come in she is so nice and always helps with anything I have gotten two funko soda chases here and I just love this store I will come here any chance I get. The service and employees at this store are the best thank you so much to this store and specifically Stephanie the nicest employee I have ever met.

Great selection of board games, puzzles, and other memorabilia stuff. Decent prices and we got some some cool puzzles got for my father and he really like them. However the staff didn’t seem to friendly. when I was looking at their swords I was only looking and one lady gave me attitude and said in a snarky voice to not touch them when I was only looking. Aswell as the fact they were talking to each other when we went to checkout our items so we had to wait for them to finish which was annoying. Overall the place is decent

Great selection of Funko Pops!

Came to this location expecting the worst but was surprised to find knowledgeable and helpful staff who answered all of my questions about board games and recent magic cards coming out. Tall skinny guy was funny and energetic and happy to help. Dyed hair lady went out of her way to help me get some board games that had been set up on the top shelf. I had been offered free Halloween mugs from the Spencers location downstairs by a wideset, dull brown haired mouth breathing woman for leaving bad reviews on this store, especially if I included anything about a girl with dyed hair. Instead I would recommend that Sunridge management get its act together. This place is great. I got a receipt so I'm going back to Spencers to cash out the mugs and keep the other lady's money.

Walked in at 7:45pm and 2 employees were on the floor. Right as we stepped foot into the store the one girl said Just so you know we close in 5 minutes." No greeting
