There internet service is as stated but i was over charged every month and i have contacted vianet about it and vianet said they will fix the problem but never did so after 3 months and multiple calls with them i got fed up and cancelled and ever since i did that they have not contacted me back about a reimbursement.

If you are looking for poor customer service this is the wrong place. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The two woman they have working seem to hate there job and take it out on the customers. If you check online for sault ste marie Ontario it says there is higher options available but if you bring that up to them they can't seem to locate it. Make sure you get receipts for everything you do there.

Good enough for the price we are paying I guess.the Wi-Fi router they gave us can support gigabit connections sucks it's being wasted on these speedssome nights it goes off completelyand we had to wait a week when we first got itwe kept calling them and they said they would activate it the next morning and they didn't until a week later
