They take very good care of your stuff, take photos, wrap everything. They are respectful, recommend best ways to pack your things, they got the extra mile and are not argumentative. I have used them 3 times and always satisfied.

Olivier, Jeffrey and Phil moved us today. They did a phenomenal job. It was our first time using movers and we loved the experience. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Daniel was also great and easy to deal with and did everything he could to accomodate us when booking the move. Very happy with our experience!

The movers were polite, and very fast and at the same time very careful with our belongings. Will use them again, this was our second time with them.

I used bye bye twice this summer once to storage, once to a new place. The first time went well enough. The second time on Sept 1st the movers were sent to the wrong storage facility, even though they moved me here and i called the day before to confirm. I figured i wouldn't be charged for travel on account of it not being my fault (nearly $200 an hour with tax is their hourly rate). End of the move i was charged for their mistake, i tried calling multiple times with no answer. It should also be noted that they charge in half an hour increments, both my moves ended a few minutes after the hour with movers folding blankets and i was charged almost $200 on both moves for this. This is not counting the mistake i was charged for. I would steer clear unless you have no other choice.Updated : unless Bye Bye makes a habit of sending movers to the wrong location. It should be very easy to figure out who I am, and call me to talk about this. I have received no such phone call. This reply by the company was only made in an attempt to look good on google reviews.Look elsewhere for movers

They answered very quickly, no answering machine. Very professionnal, to the point, tried their best to accommodate us, their estimate in the time to do the job was accurate. Employes very corteous. Transaction after job was done, was easy, (method paiement).Very satisfied overall

The movers arrived on time and were very efficient, polite and respectful and the move was done in a timely manner. It may be a good idea to have someone to discreetly oversee what is removed from the premises because it all happens so quickly, the movers may inadvertently, put something in the moving truck that should have been left on the premises. My last comment is shared in the spirit of positive feedback to Déménagement Bye Bye and future clients just to keep an eye out, nothing further. Thanks again to the movers and Bye Bye. From my first phone call to the last box being moved, all was a very positive experience, two thumbs up!!!

Arrived on time. Worked extremely hard all day as we had more stuff than anticipated for our business move. They sent an extra man and truck mid-morning. Billing was transparent without any surprises. They were friendly and careful with our stuff. Would definitely recommend based on our experience.

I have done many moves during my time such as cross country moves etc. I have to say, they have been the best. The guys were very nice, professional and respectful. The price is reasonable and not overpriced. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone requiring movers:)
