Shoppers Drug Mart

A stand out among local Shoppers Drug Marts imho . Great staff, everything you could ask for and always so warm, inviting and helpful. Also noticed I don’t get followed around like I’m stealing stuff constantly (this one’s huge) and the front store manager will go above and beyond to assure your happiness and satisfaction. It’s not often I leave a store feeling the way I have when I leave this specific location. Definitely worth the trip .

Very rude and non customer focused front end staff working at 12:30pm on July 2nd, 2023. Customers were literally leaving items behind and walking out due to their poor attitude.

Tonight I got off work from the nursing home I've worked at for 20 years. It was extremely hot today and I work in dietary so it was extra hot. I've had anxiety as long as I can remember, shopping is very hard for me. So I sometimes look at something and look at something else while I think about it, and come back. Every single time I'm in the makeup section I hear the same announcement, and suddenly some young girl is asking me if I want help. That is the last thing I want. So it's blasted across the store like I'm trying to steal and you have someone come check on me. If I want help I will ask someone for it. Do you guys ever think about the fact not everyone wants attention called to them, that you are making it uncomfortable for some people to shop? That I'm not stealing, I'm making a decision. Now because of my anxiety, I will spend the rest of the night upset because I was reading razor packs to see what ones to get, not stealing

I wanted to thank one of the employees, Ethan. I believe he is one of the managers . I purchased something from the electronic section and it was incorrect. He took time to hear me and do the best he could in the situation. I also want to mention that the woman that assisted me with the purchase was lovely and both cashiers that assisted were absolute dolls! I genuinely appreciate how lovely you all were.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Got what I need

I have struggled in the past with the service at this Shoppers location and recently had noticed a huge improvement in customer service and learned they are under new ownership. Lisa was always the most helpful pharmacist and now I believe she is the owner and it shows... the staff are all super helpful.

My doctor called in a prescription and due to circumstances that I could not come pick it up, he requested it be delivered. This was around 12:30. I called them right away to pre pay. 5 1/2 hours later still not delivered. I am an excruciating pain and had they told me it was going to take so long to be delivered I would have made other arrangements. After 20 minutes on hold to find out how much longer, their answer to me was well what do you want me to do about it. They could have had the decency to let me know i may not get my script until 8 pm. Love your customer service

I've shopped at this store numerous times before and the cashiers have been great each time. Unfortunately tonight I had the misfortune to interact with what I would consider to be the most impertinent, impolite and ill-mannered young lady. I recognize that it's Friday night and both cashiers would rather be somewhere else than selling some lottery tickets. With no one at checkout I approached her not realizing that she was super busy cashing out her own items and the other cashier, whom was actually supposed to manage the till, was a little busy on his phone. I will follow her advice and take my business somewhere else.
