I was up until today one of Claudia's patients and this review will mostly reflect on her expert level of care and her bedside manner. She is a fantastic therapist and if it were up to me I would be continuing to come here for her level of care.That said, the WSIB has instructed me to continue my care elsewhere with a specialized team of doctors.When trying to explain the situation to the clinic I had hoped it would be an amicable transfer. Instead the lady on the phone, whose voice I recognized as the older physiotherapist in the building, decided to be very short with me and said that my transferring to a specialized clinic was a slap in the face of the clinic and their care of me. She then hung up the phone before I could even respond, as a coward would. I am disappointed that my relationship with this clinic has ended on such a sour note.

Physiotherapist I spoke to on the phone was great. She actually took the time to speak to me for over 5 minutes which is unheard of in the Ontario Health Care industry. Everywhere I go I feel like I am wasting their time and am being rushed out the door, so to speak.

Well equipped Physiotherapy clinic. The staff is very courteous.Physiotherapist Ms Rosselene specially is very professional andhardworking. The receiptionist Ms Armi is very helpful. I will highly recommend this clinic to all my contacts.

Went to the location on Speers Rd. Had a treatment by their Registered Massage Therapist (Nana). My experience was great, Nana is very educated and professional especially with her physiotherapy degree. Started the session with a quick and efficient assessment and ended it with a set of homecare strengthen and stretching exercises. overall experience is awesome from the receptionist (Jennifer) to the treatment, highly recommended!

I have been seeing Nana Hegazi at the Oakville Physiotherapy Center for over a year now. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, hard working and very friendly with a great attitude. Her previous physio background is an added bonus to her ever expanding massage training. Nana can provide a light relaxing to a deep, deep muscle massage plus various cupping options. She has helped immensely with my severe injuries and guided me on how to improve my muscle flexibility and stretching. After my sessions, I feel relaxed and invigorated at the same time. I am so glad that I was recommended to her by a family member - I would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic massage experience from an awesome person. The administrative staff is very friendly and helpful. If required, calls are promptly returned. Thank you so much Nana and staff for all your help! I only wish I could see her more!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
