Although I showed up just after the shop had closed, the technician who was at the door took the time to deal with my glasses problem and remedied my dilemma. Outstanding customer service! He would have been completely in his right to nicely apologize and simply tell me that they were closed, but he went out of his way, above and beyond, to help.

Dr. Kwon is the friendliest eye doctor I've ever had! Explained things well, comfortable to talk to, polite, and the appointment didn't feel rushed. The lady (I forgot to ask her name, she just started working there) who helped me pick my new frames was also nice and helpful!

How could an eye clinic not have space for emergency matters ,,, I’m telling the receptionist that I’m suffering from pain and red eye and I need to see a doctor the same day , she refers me to 2 weeks later ,,,, thanks ,,,, but I’ll be blind by then

I just wanted to thank the staff here for being so kind and patient!I've been having trouble with my glasses after getting the lenses replaced, I came back so many times trying to get them adjusted and I'm sure they thought I was crazy.. turns out the nose pads had been replaced with thinner ones and that was literally the issue the entire time!! Silly me!

The doctor was nice but reception left a sour taste in my mouth. Waited 10 min while the two girls jokes. Only to scowled at. -2 stars for service

The staff were beyond helpful and friendly; a very personable experience. I would recommend for their experience and professionalism.

I saw Dr. Sahota who was an absolute delight and very efficient. She explained why she recommended some types of lenses over others and my options for my lifestyle. Yvonne, the optician, is a rock star and helped me narrow down to two pairs of glasses from a pre selected pile of about 30 pairs. She gave me her honest opinion and we seriously had so much fun picking out frames together. The receptionist was also very polite and well spoken. Overall it was a great experience and I am very excited to go back and pick up my new glasses!

I saw Dr. Sahota for an eye exam as I hadn't had my vision checked in forever. She was very informative and thorough about what she saw in the testing and really helped me get an understanding of my eye health.The whole visit was pleasant from talking to front desk, getting examined by Dr. Sahota, and Pav's awesome smiles!After all the testing was done I was introduced to Yvonne, who took a moment to gauge my sense of style, and delivered a master class of how to service a client. She made suggestions, and did an excellent job of taking my thoughts and feelings into consideration. All in all, she was honest and extremely insightful. Yvonne helped me pick a frame that I fell in love with.Complete Eyecare definitely lived up to its name for my visit! The staff left me with a sense of understanding about my eye health, and a lot of confidence in the professionals that work here! I will definitely be coming back for all of my future eye care needs. 10/10

Dr Bagga is 10/10. He is nice, he is professional and makes me feel comfortable when I have my appointments. Their techs are super nice too I had two gentlemen help me and they were so polite and eager to help me. And the insurance process was super easy too. :) thanks complete eye care.
