I had some problems with my son's laptop, so I called 22 Zebras and Jeff answered my phone. He was very cordial and I felt comfortable to drop the computer for troubleshooting and repair. The next day the laptop was brought back to normal and my issue resolved to my satisfaction. I have another laptop that has a broken screen and I plan to go back to him for repair. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeff for any computer issues. He will do a very good job.

Jeff is great! I dropped off my company computer on new years eve and he had it fixed in 24 hours. He was very helpful and wanted to help trouble shoot issues with me prior to bringing it in which shows me he has is customers best interest in mind! Very professional and explained everything to me in detail. I will be returning to him again for both personal and business related tech issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

PC ran into an issue that wasn’t able to be solved by a couple other companies. Jeff was able to figure out the issue and was very efficient in solving the problem! With this being my work PC it was urgent that I get it fixed and Jeff was more than up to the task. Highly recommend!

Jeff bent over backwards to help me when my computer totally crashed. He worked on it Saturday and delivered it back to my house on Sunday! I thought his fee was very fair. When he returned my computer I did not realize that the print function was also lost. I called three days later and he got that set up remotely at no extra charge! Mark Blinder
