Very helpful. I love the Sherwin Williams color line. I'm sure I'll find the exact color I'm looking for. I've previously always used Behr paint from home depot, but they just don't have what I'm looking for. Comparable pricing

Purchased dryfall with debit and another time with cash. I didn't need one pai so I decided to bring back. The staff looked like they where having a jolly good time not being able to return the pail"; because it was over 100 in cash. Then when I asked to return with debit. That was not possible either. The manager was not available and he was in a meeting. Maybe so...... so I proceeded to ask for the phone number of the manager

Never have stock. Telling lies. Rude, unhelpful staff. Multiple experiences. Not knowledgable about paint and how it works. You are selling paint 3x the price of home improvement stores and you going to give me run arounds? At that price you must bring it to my home, with hot coffee and be thankful I am buying that water diluted junk from you. Never shopping here again. Cheapest paint from big box has better coverage and washability.

Went back a month later for more and was speaking with the kid" behind the counter about some challenges I was having with my project. He mentioned - " Sounds like you are lacking some experience

I had an issue on my receipt with this store on the pricing of my paint and they were extremely quick to reply and they fixed the issue ASAP. I was very impressed with their prompt service. The staff at this store is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Yes the paint is more expensive then other stores, however, the quality of the paint is exceptional and they have a grand variety of colours. If you are planning on painting any of your rooms at home use Sherwin paint as its one of the best paints out there and you will notice a huge difference in the final appearance!

Easy enough to call order in and pickup, curbside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Downside is payment is only available via credit card, no debit, debit visa or cash accepted.

I was in the store today to get some paint to paint my shutters and door on my house to match my new garage door from Canada doors. I was greeted and served by Adam and Rebecca. They were both very upbeat and personable, got me the paint I needed mixed it helped me get a roller and brush kit. Awesome customer service from everyone in the store, a wonderful experience from this business. I will definitely go back for any of my paint needs. Thank you for brightening my day.

Went in to ask about their wallpapers for bathrooms as I wanted to know how well they stood up in bathrooms due to humidity and the sales person who helped me said he doesn't know as it comes from a 3rd party. In turn I responded with asking him if they sell it shouldn't they know about the product and he again responded with telling me it's from a 3rd party and that they stock it to sell. I was not impressed and left to go else where to someone who knows their product and to also buy paint to finish my home.
