Quiet neighborhood. Even though there's so many children. Kind and courteous people~

Unhappy with maintenance and upkeep of unit. We had an on-site manager so things got dealt with quickly. Now we have one manager between 2 complexes (I think). He is great but one person can only do so much.. had an issue with my carpet and stairs making these long strings constantly that I try to cut off as soon as I see them but it's a real tripping hazard especially for the kids who might get freaked out by something weird getting caught on their feet. My oven broke and was broken for six weeks. Edit: they did give me a $50 gift card because i was constantly having to buy take out for dinners since only having a stove so that was sweet. Now my dryer is broken and am waiting to hear back whether head office will approve a new one and if so, could be waiting two to three weeks for that. We always pay our rent on time or early snd are very clean tenants. It's just frustrating.

Been living here since 2007, quick on repairs. Moved in paying 799.00 in 2007 now 2021 I pay 980.00.Complex manager is a very nice lady.Nothing bad to say about this complex, I love it here…

Lived there 10 years, house has some advantages and disadvantages, like the water heaters are small… but the overall is good for a small family

Increases rent prices every year, and electric heat very expensive .on site manager complex great person.

Most of the neighbourhood keeps to themselves.Neighbour's are kind, respectful of shared walls.Complex manager is very sweet and tends to brought up issues as quickly as is possible.
