Called the Chimney Doctor after waiting 8 months on another local company (Clean Freak of Bay City) to install a cap on my chimney after a cleaning. Clean Freak kept giving me the run around and excuses. After finally getting ghosted by CF no longer returning texts, calls or emails, The Chimney Doctor immediately took my call and even with a booked schedule they got me in very quickly.Andrew came out, assessed the situation, gave me the rundown of what needed to happen and got me taken care of the same day. Could not be happier.We will absolutely be calling the chimney doctor for all of our chimney/fireplace needs from now on!

The Chimney Quack. Asked them for a quote before I had my roof replaced and the first kid they sent said our chimney was fine. Asked again after the roof was done because I really just wanted it refinished. This time they send out a different kid who tells me it needs to be completely torn down to the roofline and rebuilt, which of course they don't do.
