The staff at Ken's Marine are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I dropped off a part to have worked on and they quickly put the clips I was unable to due to not having the proper tool to do so. They did this as a courtesy. I'll definitely be purchasing from them in the future based on this kind gesture. Sale team spent a good deal of time talking about a bike I'm interested in as well and gave me all the info I was looking for. Great service.

Had Shane and Kirk take in my Off brand tire and replace the tube. Speedy service and was done same day. Service with a smile and always greeted when I walk in the door.Thanks Service Team.

I'm traveling, had a rear tire blowout on my Ruckus. Not only did Kens Marine have the tire but they changed it within a couple hours, after lunch. Great poeple, great service, great price. I left with a huge smile on me face!

Took my Polaris sportsman 570 in for an issue, they had my machine for 5 weeks with out a phone call, I always had to check in. On pick up I noticed the front compartment hinges had been snapped and as I opened the compartment it flopped forward hanging limply. I brought it to the attention of the staff and was told parts would be ordered and it fixed. Got out to the logging road to test machine. I noticed imeadeatly that all the rivits were lose and the whole body was shaking. On further inspection I noticed the plastic cap off of my rear tire was missing as well. I called the shop again only to be told that the compartment door was already broken when I dropped it off which I know for a fact was not the case because I emptied compartment of the belongings on arrival. They then tried to blame it on the last shop the machine was at, and that they had broke it first and put in the wrong bolts and when kens marine had finally opened it, it broke the other side of the hinge. This again I know was not the case as all the broken parts including the pins that are supposed to hold the door on had been gathered up and put into the compartment that I had emptied completely. Now they admit to half the guilt and said they would meet me half way. I was told that the mechanical staff where so honest yet nobody mentioned to service manager it had been broken let alone me. Good think I noticed still on their property so they couldn't blame it on myself. Now they have offered to pay half but as far as I am concerned if the machine is damaged in their care they are responsible. We will see what Polaris has to say about this. CHECK YOUR MACHINES before leaving property.

Was visiting in Terrace and needed a new tire on my motorcycle for my return trip. Even though I did not purchase the tire a Ken's, Shane the service manager, treated me very well. First thing in the morning I brought the bike in on a trailer without an appointment. He said leave it with us and be back in an hour and a half. When I returned the tire was on and they loaded and secured the bike onto the trailer. I was able to hit the road and travel home the same day. Doesn't get any better than that. For those who are interested in purchasing anything with a motor in it, I highly recommend Ken’s Marine in Terrace, and specifically a shout out to Shayne Braid. From start to finish Shayne has been an amazing individual to deal with who has been extremely accommodating and patient of our endless questions; steering us who are new to the ATV world in B.C in the right direction.Shayne is very knowledgeable, polite, and very prompt on all communications. Our experience in purchasing our 2020 Ranger XP 1000 North Star Crew has been effortless. Ken's Marine is a full service shop for the outdoor power sports enthusiast. They handle everything from boats and motors to motorcycles and side by sides. During the winter months they switch over to handling snowmobiles. I. The showroom they carry a good lineup of accessories and safety equipment, and can order anything for just about anything. They have friendly and knowledgeable service people who have been in the business for many years. Definitely my go-to place.
