Massage was nice, masseuse was asian lady with not so fluid english. Big place with lots of room, store prefessionality is about 3/5 looks a little sketchy but great massage.

I usually go to Richmond Hill or Markham for foot massage, after reading good review about this newly open foot spa, I decided to give it a try. Must admit this is by far the best foot massage I've been to. The place was luxurious, clean and comfortable. The owner and staffs were friendly, service was exceptional. This deserve a FIVE STAR review from me and definitely will return and recommend friends.

Just what we needed in the heart of Woodbridge! My son, my husband and I visited this spa twice already as we have been very happy with the services. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They even served us tea after our cervices! The facility is very clean and prices are more reasonable than most spas around here. We will be visiting again soon.

Poor service! No card machine… racist as ever, when I opened my eyes she had disgust on her face! I had to ask for oil!!! Who has to ask for oil at a massage? Did not listen when I told her my back hurts and hit me in my back I started to cry on the table she didn’t even notice! I hated it. Don’t go here if you are black I did not feel comfortable or welcomed

To comment on your reply to my review, it’s curious you say you can see how many times I’ve been there by my phone number, but you’re constant excuse is you always tried to call me to confirm, even though I’ve never had a single missed call from you. I even had your number saved. Even if that were true, you should be aware just because someone doesn’t answer the day before, is no excuse to cancel their appointments without them knowing. Thank you.

Awful. I’ve been here about 6 times and I’ve NEVER had a good experience. They always forget about my appointments. Two times they forgot to turn the wax on for my appointment and I had to wait over 45mins. The last time I went they didn’t write my appointment down and the lady had left that does the waxing. She tried to upsell me and get me to pay for a massage & facial, asked me about 8 times to do it.. lol overall I do not recommend at all.

Not exactly sure what this place REALLY is... I went here with a friend and we both thought the massage wasn’t good at all. I feel worse and sore after I left. Both masseuses we had seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I also paid for an hour but finished 10 minutes early. To be honestly I didn’t even mind that they finished early cause it was so painful! You’re better off finding another spa.

Hit and miss. It depends who you get. I’ve had great experiences then went last week and it was the worst foot massage I’ve gotten there. Lady kept falling asleep while massaging my feet and head bobbing. I’m rethinking going back. I’ve never had the same person twice so it’s really a roll of the dice.

I was over here a few days ago and I had such an amazing experience! Staff and owner were extremely friendly. Massage was very relaxing. Felt like I was in heaven! I would overall give this more than a five star! This is the best spa I’ve been too! I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Very hit or miss.. have had a great massage experience with Mia.. came back in and had a mediocre massage from Wendy, who then questioned me when I was leaving “no tip?”...it is not appropriate to question customers if they don’t tip. It is our choice not obligation.not sure if I’d be back.. only for treatment from Mia.
