I arrived right at 11.00 and only wanted a micky. they were still dealing with a customer, so I figured they would let me purchase quickly. but they wouldn't. it was 11 on the dot. not 11.01 or anything. I think they should of still served me. Clearly they locked the door early. NOT COOL!! and NOT FAIR!! :(

I attempted to bring a bike inside and leave near the doorway. I was asked not to do this and was prepared to leave. But the clerk told me very abruptly to get out. When I said I wouldn't ever return to the shop due to his rudeness, he mocked me in front of other customers. This is unnecessary and unkind.I get there are lots of trouble makers out there, but please try and show some civility and respect for honest patrons.

These folks will help you step by step, or provide whatever level of assistance you require. In the past they would let you use their space to do all the steps needed, for a small percentage of the kit you decide on. I highly recommend this company, customer service is excellent, and their knowledge is unsurpassed!

I have been a regular customer at this store for approaching four years now after moving to a neighborhood nearby. For the most part it has been fine. A few of the employees are excellent... such as Trev, both Dylan's, Kate and Lauren - nice people, friendly and courteous to customers. But there is one who has disliked me from the get go. I am not certain of his name, but he is tall and appears almost Asian. He has disrespected me from the get go for no other reason that what I can only assume, is what I look like. I have never done anything to him. It is disturbing because he is also a liar. He has accused me of complaining about everything, which is a lie. I have mentioned that I wasn't happy about their recent price hike on the particular beer I drink - 35 cents a can. But other than that, I just come in, make my purchase and on my way. And, I have spent thousands of dollars in that store and I feel I deserve a little respect. But clearly, not by this individual. For example, one day going through his till I asked how he was doing? His response? I don't feel like talking. Call me crazy, but that is not appropriate behavior to a customer. Then most recent, he barked at me that I was quote: terrible. That I have complained about everything for ten years - which of course is another lie, since I have only been coming in for a little under four.I am sure this person would be quite happy if I never came into the store again and truth be known, I just may not and take my business elsewhere. However, as a person who was once district manager of a retail chain, if I found out an employee treated customers in such a fashion, I would terminate him. And frankly, that is precisely what should happen to him. He should be fired -point blank.To reiterate, I think the bulk of the staff there are friendly and seemingly decent people. Not this individual. With a personality and disposition like that, he has no business dealing with the public. The simple fact I took the time to write this, should be clear indication how I feel I was wrongly treated.
