Incredible experience with Kniaziew Optometry, had my first eye exam yesterday the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The environment was so clean and positive, the doctor was caring and took his time even though I was his last patient I wasn’t rushed at all. Such a great place and very affordable, can’t wait to go back and get my glasses.

Very quick service, I went there without calling ahead or booking an appointment with a pair of glasses I bought from the Petrolia Kniaziew store. The arm was broken off the glasses and they replaced the frame very quickly for no charge. I think the glasses were just under a year old and still had a warranty, I'm very happy the warranty was hassle free. Thanks for the help.

We recently moved to Wallaceburg and visited Kniaziew for new glasses. Since I was keeping my frames, I had to drop my glasses off on a Monday evening, and was told the new ones wouldn't be ready till Wednesday, leaving me without glasses for over a day. But Tuesday morning I got a call from the shop that they were ready because one of the staff had driven to Chatham to pick them up. That is really going the extra mile for your customers! Thank you!
