Best dental clinic In Prince Albert , I would strongly recommend to anyone especially people with dental anxiety. The staff were extremely kind and professional, the clinic atmosphere was clean and family friendly , and the dental hygienists and dentists made sure everything was taken care of for me and all my concerns were heard and procedures were fully understood , definitely will be returning in the future !

I went to the clinic for the first time today and I did not have a good experience. I am usually scared of dentists, and this clinic just made it worse. Needless to say I am not going back, and wouldn’t recommend anyone too. The one star is for the really nice receptionists.I have my regular dentist in Saskatoon, but I was considering the travel time so wanted to try something in Prince Albert. My appointment started off okay, but then a weird thing happened…they take pictures of you without asking permission. They took my regular picture first, and then a picture with teeth held open and visible with some instruments. Problem is not the pictures, but the lack of consent. Nobody asked me if I was okay to get a picture taken.The hygienist lady(I am assuming) asked me to take off my earrings and nose ring for the X-rays which I completely understand. I took off my earrings. My nose ring is a single gold thread, bent into a circle and then intertwined to lock, so it won’t open or come off unless with a pair of pliers. I tried to tell that to the hygienist lady, but she wanted to try nevertheless and started wiggling with my nose and the nose rings. 10 mins later, she stops, gives up and says - “okay I am gonna put it back”. I don’t think much of it.The dr comes in, very nice guy. My prob here is the doctor only talks biology, a lot of science words.. and then he stays there for May be 5 mins, doesn’t make the patient feel okay or doesn’t explain things in English, doesn’t let the patient talk at all and leaves. I finish the appt, get in my car and notice that my nose ring is bent of shape. I touch it and the whole thing falls off. In addition., I have a rash on my nose from all the wiggling.The clinic needs lecture on consent - ask before you take picture and/or you touch people.Like I said never going back and never recommending anyone.

Very positive and pleasant staff and environment. The tech was rough with my mouth causing trauma. Mild is expected. This was more.Overall was good experience and they got me in with same day service

Very clean. All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Staff answered all my questions and explained what they were doing throughout the appointment. I was so pleased that I rebooked and hope to book my son for an appointment as well. Big thanks to Carmellie Archer for getting me hooked up with “Smiles”!

Dr. Slowenko is so nice and is really good at his profession! The whole team is amazing and very lovely to interact with. Would HIGHLY recommend! Both of my children go to SMILES and they love it. Never had any issues with them. My children trust them and so do I.

Prince Albert Smiles is a very professional and courteous dental office. I have been a patient there for many years and my Dentist, Dr. Slowenko is one of the best in the business. The entire staff are very knowledgeable and do their jobs very well! Great work!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help. The dental assistant was very attentive and polite. She provided decent service. The dentist explained everything to me thoroughly. He professionally placed a composite filling for me. The administrator gave me a lift to the apartment, as I am not oriented in the city. Thank you for the wonderful staff at your clinic. Always 10/10. The staff are incredible and Dr. Arcand was wonderful. Explained things very well and took his time. I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist & the staff make me feel at ease.

I broke a previously repaired tooth from a dozen years ago or so while in the city and walked in. All the staff was very friendly and within a couple hours my tooth was rebuilt and I was on my way…. On a Friday! I’m very thankful for the care I experienced.
