I was deciding between Window World and a nearby major window supplier for a sizeable full home window replacement (20 large windows). Window World sold me on their higher end installation crew and high quality window supplier. In addition there was a clear commitment to hassle free problem resolutions after the sale. Window world was slightly higher cost. I appreciate good craftsmanship and quality products.Everything started well. Great friendly sales experience, they negotiated a little and I felt like a valued customer.This was not the rest of the experience. Windows arrived a bit over a month late (not a big issue). Installation crew was friendly and professional. Windows were installed in 2 days. Work looked good but the screens were all fitting terribly (screens were made by Kohltech as were the windows, difficult to understand how the measurements were wrong.) Window world filed a warranty claim with Kohltech.The first rain, we had water leaking into 3 of the windows and damaged all the moulding. They came and did more caulking and replaced the moulding.Second rain, same windows leaked again. I went out and did a lot of caulking myself and this reduced it significantly, then they came to do more caulking and did a water test and it seemed good.Next rain one of the windows leaked again (in fairness, much less) so they came back, and pulled it out and re-installed it. This finally solved the problem (this all took about 3 months).Once all this was done, the new screens were ready, they came to install them and they fit worst than the original ones. Kohltech came about 4 months later to look at what was needed. Here I am almost a year after window install and still dealing with issues (I still dont have screens that all fit).Not a great experience. I never received a discount for all the mishaps and troubles I had to go through. Makes me wonder why the higher price for the specialized no-worries service.Nice people but I did not get the value I paid for. The installers were great and seemed just as frustrated as me with the leaking and screens fit. End of the day, I was just left on my own. Knowing what I know, I would have gone with a lower cost service.

Great professional work. Door looks clean and the workers were courteous, clean and quick! My order wasnt supposed to be ready but when they found time they put me near the top of the list. Price seems a bit tough but it is fair especially considering labour. Trim wasnt completed because i have flooring to do but was cut, labeled and set aside for later installation. Highly recommend

I tried to have them quote a window replacement, seemed very easy and professional at first. They gave me an appointment and after two weeks of not hearing back I reached out to them. They tried to blame it on me as said they sent someone to check it out but no one was home and they didn't know which window to size. They said in an earlier email no one needed to be home and there are only two ground level windows of which are the exact same(which they had 3 pictures of). They clearly didn't show up and tried to put the blame on me. Not professional, look elsewhere.

I've purchased a few windows from them.Wonderful staff very professional and friendly. They make you feel like your business is welcomed. No matter what you've purchased.They even repaired a window screen for me no charge.Excellent company and high quality windows. I love mine!I highly recommended them for your window and door needs.

I recently had my windows replaced by Window World. It took me a while to find a company that was willing to do the job. I am extremely happy that it ended up being Window World that took the job on.From the sales rep, Paul Crosby to the installation team run by Corey, they were all very professional in every way. One-night Corey and his team were still working at 7pm to try and complete what needed to be done prior to the commencement of rain later in the evening. Having been at the house from 8am they still insisted that all the mess inside and out was cleaned up before leaving. Corey was extremely careful and had a sense of pride when it came to his craftsmanship. His work ethic was well reflected in his team. After being here for 3 days he and his team never once showed any impatience in hurrying to get the job done. It took longer than estimated because of concerns found while performing the work on previous poorly installed windows and doors.I always say that a good job is never done in a rush and this was a perfect job. I will be calling on them again next year to complete the remainder of the windows in my home and will for sure request the same team even if I must wait until they are available.Thanks again Window World for a fantastic job done. 10 out of 10 in every area.

A great customer experience. Jeremy, Corey, and the crew are total rock stars. The new windows and doors are a huge upgrade for my home and prove to be a solid investment. We're already enjoying the benefits of having reliable windows and doors. I highly recommend these guys. They took really good care of me.

Just wanted to share my Excellent experience with Window World. The real shout out goes to Cory, Dan and Curtis who were the installers on the job. They were truly amazing and professional. Cory really led the team and even had a fellow co worker, Andrew (I think was his name) come in to help to make sure the job was done on time. As some issues with my house came up, making installation more difficult. However despite these issues that arose, Cory remained calm, professional and handled it all in stride. He made sure that each part of the installation was perfect. It was nice to have an immediate sense of confidence in the people who are in your home and installing things that are worth a lot of money. You want to know it is being done right. I was never in doubt and I was so happy I called them up and asked them to come do another quote on more things like shutters etc that we also want done.Stay clear of headache and worry, just pick Window World first and maybe you will also get the same great team of installers. I appreciate their work and friendliness so much. Plus we just love the new windows and doors. I truly believe I would not have been as happy had I gone with anyone else.(Note I used another company for my interior doors, and after that horrible, and frustrating experience I decided not to have them do any work for us again. That is why I Chose Window World for my windows and exterior doors and sliding glass door) (and again very happy I chose Window World going forward)

Partial order delivery, and takes months to get the missing parts (still not received) even if fully billed. Except the front desk, they never reply to your follow-up calls or your email inquiry. The only way to get an update is to go onsite!Update: Ok, while I never got a call back from the sales people, someone from the customer satisfaction team contacted me and I ended up getting my missing screens, delivered at home. Has been all a process, but everything ended up correct.

HIUpdate to this - I have since been contacted and all of my questions have been answered. Busy time for them.CheersSet up an appointment to have an estimate which was done on time and the estimator seemed to have a very good understanding of everything, I was pleased with out initial conversations etc. I sent a couple of emails for follow up and that's where the road came to a dead end. Quote was worth 20K but no answers at all to any of my questions! i am astonished by this!!!
