My friends and I go to Muscle Beach (south side on 5722-111st) because Pat works at that one. He knows so much about working out and nutrition, right supplements to take, what to avoid, and he actually cares about giving the right info to each individual. It helps he's a personal trainer, too!

Ty is fantastic! This guy knows his stuff! He's well known in the body building community and is happy to share his vast knowledg with his customers. Recently he helped me purchase lifting belts for my son and I and it has made all the difference in our training. I always receive the best customer service here. Not only are all the staff warm and friendly, they also really know their product. They offer their opinions and recommendations when asked, and make sure you are comfortable with whichever products you choose. I was just there tonight and Pat was so thorough in his explanation of what I was asking about. His enthusiasm for fitness was so incredible, I couldn't help but get excited about working out again. Great shop! The owner was really friendly. I was able to find some hard to find products. They also ship, and don’t over charge to do so. I really appreciated being in this shop. I think my only suggestion would be to get those clothing pieces up on the website! There is a ton of apparel in there, and I think it would do well if people could view it online.

I have shopped with TY and his knowledgeable staff, for approximately 19 years , and truly appreciate the fantastic service. I had a great experience meeting with the owner after inquiring about adjustable weights. I saw a post on Facebook about 10-90lb adjustable weights and called right away. Ty put them on hold for me to pick up that day. Very professional experience, we also had a great discussion about his business he also gave me some great fitness tips. I will definitely be going back to muscle beach for any of my supplement needs.Thanks again!
