I hate to post negative reviews, but this was honestly the worst manicure of my life. It was also the dirtiest nail salon I've ever been to. Dust/dirt and polish covering everything, all of the towels were stained. I came out 50 minutes later with uneven, ragged, dry nails that looked like they hadn't been touched by a professional nail technician. He also didn't listen to me when I asked for round nails and started cutting them square. He put shellac polish on one of my hands before I noticed, when I wanted regular polish. When I asked for the regular again he stated my nails were too bumpy" for regular polish. He did end up taking off the shellac polish

I have supported this business since 2019. I can say they have honestly went down hill. Recently when I go in, they have not been on time and I usually sit there for 20 mins waiting for my app.. In the past I have booked two services at once and they have asked me to come back the next day to get my other service done (usually this is no problem and I accommodate) this has been happening more than not, they are overbooking and then hustling to move clients around... Monday I asked them if I could book in for a new set of gel nails and a pedi, I did get a reply saying that they would check and get back to me. They did not get back to me.... I checked in Tues with some ??? they read it and did not get back to me.. It is now Thursday and NO REPLY! The customer service is really lacking and this is not how you treat someone who has been supporting your business for years. I have also recommended and have brought others in for services. I will be going elsewhere! Support your local salons and home businesses!!!

Cheap price for a pedicure, but I find they can be pushy with trying to add on services. Friendly staff

I had a worst arms waxing experience ever .. I was not about to write anything but i just came home n saw the big bruise on my arm .. and even its not from hot wax or anything, the lady used two tiny strips on both my arms and the strip was so much thick by waxing over n over .I kind of screamed at last due to pain .. it was pulling my skin from my body ... omg she at first told me by look of your hairs its $35 (their basic start, my hairs weren't that long ), then she started just little higher from elbow n just the front of arms and then i told her i wanted full arms ,, she was like it will be more money n all .. I mean come on who considee full arms like this ..i got the nails done too it was ok kind of , one little off but i can work with that ... but overall not very coperative lady who I have to deal with..very very expensive as per the service they giving with two tiny wax strips n little ball of cotton to wipe both arms ..

My feet were truly feet from hell in that I had dry and cracked heels and soles, and the toenails would have driven away any mortal screaming in terror. But the nail technician did a phenomenal job in giving my feet the long overdue pedicure, and she was focused on getting my feet cleaned up and put back into fantastic shape as possible. The skill, dedication, and service given to my feet were top notch, and I actually could feel my feet after almost two years of no pedicure services (I know, I have no excuses to offer)!I will definitely be going back next month to start a monthly foot care and get more of that amazing quality and service from Sazzy Nails and Spa. Thank you for the phenomenal work done on saving my feet!

I have been going to this place for the past two-ish years. more times than not, I have gotten my nails done by the ladies. I absolutely love them, very clean and precise but the few times I have gotten them done by the males they seemed very untrained. My mother used to be a nail technician. I was allowed to accompany her while she did her course so I know the just of the process...I recently got my nails redone by one of the males. He started by grabbing a wet, dirty towel from the pedicure area and I was hesitant to put my hands down on the towel but I did anyways. He then started to file my acrylics down till they were a bit thinner, grabbed a nail extension and dug underneath the acrylic to rip them off. this was painful to say the least. he did not touch my cuticles or remove all the shine off the nail which currently is causing lifting around my nail. I know I'm not the only person to experience this at this salon. The people I do know, unfortunately, developed a fungus infection from water getting underneath and haven't gone back since. I have now found a new salon and will only recommend this salon if it is done by the ladies.

My daughter and mother had the worst experience there today. My daughter asked for smoked nail design and they didn't listen to her they did marble then charged her an outrageous amount, never have we paid that much there ever! My daughter also has wounds because the girl not listening and filed her skin. It is her 18th birthday, so this was so much more then just getting nails done. My mother wasn't listened to either and her nails aren't even straight and she was charged for something she didn't want or like. The staff are rude, don't listen to their clients, then make the client feel awful because people are waiting and their not done yet. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else, anywhere else. This isn't an isolated event either, just the last time we or anyone we know will go to this awful place.

Came home with a bloody cuticle, patchy powder job on my nails, nail polish in my cuticles, bits of acrylic/nail extensions hanging off of the underside of my nail, and glue stuck to my hands.

Fast and friendly service. We stopped in on short notice for a pedicure, and they were able to accommodate us promptly. We got spa pedicures with shellac and were pampered very well.The only issue I had was the person who did my pedicure took extra care to my cuticles, but took a little too much off on a couple toes and I was bleeding.

Terrible service, I booked my appointment and I got there and I was not in the list, they didn’t wanted make my waxing eyebrow, terrible organized. This happened 1 year ago and I went back last week to give another opportunity to this business, I went to do my nails and eyebrow waxing( I did a appointment) the man only did my nails and the lady who does the eyebrow waxing didn't want to do it, the lady treated me very badly, I thought they had improved in their organization and treat but not, the lady really was very bad with me, she was very disrespectful. Also they use old products, my gel polish came off after two days. I do not recommend this place. I will not go again. That’s to sad they don’t know to treat people good and respect.
