We contracted someone to do foundation repair last year which ended up being basically useless because they could not cut through the rock to install a trench and sump pump. This year, Benji, Bonnie and their workers attacked that rock like there was no tomorrow. They have been professional, honest, and very, very thorough. The job was very dusty and noisy, but even with the insane heat, caterpillars and dust, the workers were relentless. If you have foundation problems I can't recommend this company enough! And I can assure you that you won't be disappointed with the service.

The work done by the crew is fantastic we have for the second time hired this company and the parging could not have been done better. Highly recommend Dittrich Construction! Finally an honest hardworking contractor! We hired Benji to completely redo a botched job left behind from another Sudbury foundation company. The crew arrived on time everyday and any concerns were answered and professional advice given when needed. The clean up was impeccable, you'd never know there'd been construction done just days before. I would highly recommend this business.

Benji and his workers went over and above doing an OUTSTANDING job!!!!They finished the work required, last week.They EXCEEDED my expectations! They ALL worked so HARD, and were very RESPECTFUL and COURTEOUS.They fulfilled the time frame, very PUNCTUAL, CLEANED up every time, and QUALITY of work is beyond a 5+I’m so glad I went with this company!!!!!Bonnie, the office personnel, also made my experience great as she always responded to me quickly and was so friendly!Any questions I had, she always welcomed them.I highly recommend Benji Dittrich Construction!

We used the services of Benji Dittrich Construction in the spring of 2022. They were very quick to respond to our request to have a look at our foundation. Once we confirmed to use their services, they had the job completed within a week of starting. Everyone was very pleasant and worked very hard in the hot temperatures. We were very pleased with Bonnie, Benji and the crew they had working for them. They were very experienced and knew what had to be done, got the job done and left the property clean after they were done. I would highly recommend their services.

After having many companies come in to help us with our basement 4 years of flooding, all 4 seasons, Benji is the only one that said let's start with this and see if it works. Every other company said we had to dig our entire house or lift it poor new foundation blah blah blah $60,000 plus. 1 week after having a new sump pump put in our basement is already almost dry. Benji is amazing and honset, and not there to rip you off.Thank you from the bottom of my heart no more mushroom growing in my basement hopefully.
