Would give zero stars if possible. I brought a black wool coat here that had a lot of lint, hair and fluff etc on it. Came to pick it up after a week and it was still covered in lint/fluff etc and had the same small pieces of dirt on the inner lining as when I brought it in. Pointed this out to the young woman working there, and she did not apologize. Tried to insist that I should pick the pieces off myself by hand because dry cleaning doesn't do that". After a few minutes of this I insisted that it needed to be re-cleaned

I have a worn-out duffle coat that I've been wearing for 5 years and is pretty torn (multiple tears at the sleeves and buttons).They did a fantastic job fixing it and it was ready in 2 hours. It really breathes new life into this old coat. Recommended!

DISGUSTING behaviour. The owner purposefully tore up several designer shirts around the sleeve area (photos attached) claiming it was there before. She wanted me to pay for “repairs.” Fraud at its finest.DO NOT go here, just go up the street to Platis.

I have been coming here since 2018. They clean suits at 12.99 (very reasonable compare to other downtown locations) and canada goose jackets. I also asked them to repair a button of a pair of chinos for me, they were so nice and got it as complimentary for me.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have been going to this establishment for a few years, mostly for alterations, and the work is good, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The service is always very friendly and attentive. We have had several pieces altered here and have never had an issue with timing or sizing. Overall would HIGHLY recommend! :)

Good prices and service. I got 2 coats cleaned, one of them was missing a button and they sewed an identical one on even though I didn't give them one or ask them to. I was impressed!

Fantastic dry cleaners. Extremely affordable and they do a wonderful job. Got a full suit, blazer, and couple of dress shirts cleaned. Fixed a stain on the cuff of my white dress shirt that was caused by Platis dry cleaners down the street. Run by a very nice lady who is super friendly and very flexible with scheduling. Will be coming back as a regular for sure.
