Quick friendly last minute service

THE SAFETY I GOT FROM THIS GARAGE WASN'T WORTH THE PAPER IT WAS WRITTEN ON!!!I recently purchased a truck at the 4x4 Store that had the safety done at Ed's Auto Ltd., I noticed many issues with it that would make it impossible to certify in its current condition, such as tires so bald the wires are exposed, tires were wrong size for vehicle (too small), the check engine light was on, cab lights out, 1 reverse light was out and the lens was full of water, drag link was worn out, lower ball joints have play, the blower motor was not working and it had a broken wiper blade. The mechanic must of done the safety with a blindfold on too miss this much stuff. Beware of this garage...their vehicle safeties are worthless!

He's been my mechanic for well over 20 years and feel very fortunate for that. If you're looking for someone who will be honest and give you a well rounded perspective of what needs to be done look no further.

Every time I have been here I have had honest and fair service without the bullshit pushes. Mr.lube Kanata told me they might break my dip stick and then told me they were saving me 120 dollars off the dealerships prices. Ed offered a better price. This is the first time I did not get my oil changed with Ed. Never again.

Very honest. I brought my van in for them to try and figure out why it wouldn’t start. They spent considerable time but we’re unable to fix it because it was a electrical problem. I felt bad that he spent so much time but Ed told me don’t worry about it I didn’t want anything for his time spent. Thanks Ed!
