I was admittedly uncertain about purchasing a vehicle from a used car lot but when I checked the reviews I decided to swing in and take a look. Simon had exactly what I wanted and treated me with respect and absolutely no pressure. When it came time to make a deal he was reasonable and fair. This was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever experienced and I would highly recommend Starwest Motorcars to friends and family.

Just bought a 2019 Audi Q5 and I was extremely happy with the service I received! Karl was attentive and knowledgeable. There were a few items we wanted fixed with the vehicle before purchasing, and Karl got them all done in a timely manner. The prices at Starwest were definitely some of the best we saw. I would recommend looking here if you are shopping for a luxury vehicle.

Amazing customer service all around. Great trade in value and a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales. I’ve purchased a vehicle with these guys in the past and returned again for another purchase. Unfortunately I found another vehicle elsewhere but Simon and Karl showed professionalism even though they didn’t earn my business this time around. Estimated to cost me 30% of what I paid for the car. I'm definitely disappointed.----------------------------I'm getting my vehicle tomorrow night and I couldn't wait to write these guys a review. Simon has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've been looking around for a second car in Calgary for a while, went to numerous dealerships, did test drives etc. I found their website just pure luck (Google) and noticed the good reviews. I was skeptical, and thought how could this rating be so high!? Low and behold, the previous clients aren't lying. The dealership houses all of the cars indoors! And they are pristine! Like what the other reviewers also said, he wasn't pushy at all. I feel like he positions himself like as if he's the one buying the car. That's great salesmanship right there. Act how you would want to be treated with a big purchase.Simon has done a few work on my Mini before delivery tomorrow and it's out of pocket. I'm usually very skeptical with car dealerships and have had some sour experiences in the past but my experience car shopping with Starwest was straightforward, easy and an overall pleasure. Simon is a great person to talk to. I never felt pressured to sign anything or close any deals. He worked with us to find the best deal possible for rates. He was able to get us a rate lower than I've seen in the market. When it came time for registration, Starwest had arranged everything including picking up the new plates for us. I just bought my Ford Edge from Simon this last weekend and it was an absolute BREEZE. This being my first time financing a car, I was quite nervous and didn't know what to expect. The lot itself is very well kept, clean and professional. I like that the cars are kept indoors to keep their condition in that much better shape. There was no pressure or typical car salesman annoyance, they were straight to the point and came to a fair price easily. They show how it's done the right way to sell a vehicle. My husband and I purchased 2 BMW's from Starwest in the same month. We originally thought everything was great and the service was great. My BMW came with a 5,000km warranty and 8 days into owning it there was a big bang, huge smell of electrical burning, and an awful sound. I contacted the dealership right away and they sent my car to the German Car Specialist for a mechanical check up. They replied back to me that a rock had done the damage (so it was not a warranty issue) and I believed them and we carried on. We decided to go through our insurance and the insurance company did an investigation and found out from the German Car Specialist that it was NOT a rock and a full mechanical failure of the ABS System. We brought the information to Starwest and they lied again stating that is was a rock and they would not do the full warranty as signed and promised. I am currently out $1650.00 based on their lies and fraud. I would never purchase a car from them again as integrity is important and they have none. I am currently pursuing through small claims court.

Purchased a BMW M3 approximately a year and a half ago and was a pleasant experience. Simon was not pushy. Car continues to run smoothly. Recently, we decided to sell the vehicle and in order to secure the sale, some documents that were provided to Simon were requested by the potential buyer. Simon was able to pull up records same day/time and send them expediently. Really pleasant experience overall.
