Great friendly receptionist.Can joke with her, she at least laughs and can take jokes.Dr is great, he's very explanatory to the point.Never have to wait very long in the waiting room

A great specialist, so kind and so thoughtful! Cares about his patients lots! I would recommend him to anyone! Very passionate about what he does and helps his patients no matter if it is not under his speciality!

Dr. Chikukwa has always been very friendly and informative! He knows his job well, and does follow ups with his patients when needed. I usually have to leave a message on their VM, but they usually call me back :)

This guy literally told me to stop calling because I was disturbing his office. Didnt call in months. Called one day no one answered. Called the next day and that's what i got told. He wont return my call to let me know about my neurologist appointments. My ears are still messed up and have been for 7 years. He wont do anything to help. Im not impressed he was really rude. I was really hoping hed help me out. Now im back to square 1.

I’m so disappointed with this office. The phone is never answered, even with calling back several times.I asked to be put on a years waitlist for my tonsils that have been bugging me for a long time. I was apparently not put on one; a appointment was booked for a date the doctor was not even in office and was in surgery with a different patient, In which I was “booked” for my tonsillectomy. I am without a surgery for tonsils that have been bugging for over a year now. And have half a month booked off from work. No compassion or compensation showed. I’m so frustrated with this office.

I've been going here for the past year. The phone is never answered (I called 7 times one week to confirm my appointment, not one answered call), and they have no message system, so you're forced to call back.He was cleaning my ear and I was in an incredible amount of pain and I asked him to stop three times. He kept saying, Almost done." and wouldn't stop

Hes a very passionate doctor goes beyond. He's well worth the wait. Great side manners.hes more like a concerned parent. Will enjoyed with a follow up. Very talkative and informative.

My daughter has been seeing him for yrs everytime he remembers WHO she is. Yes wait time is long sometimes but when your in with him YOU are important and he shows At THAT TIME you are the one that he woŕries about . He doesn't rush u through. I can go on but just saying HE is worth the time and patience
