We went here last week, even there were not many customers in the store but we were served right away. The sales, Rafi, was so friendly and patient. Although we left after he helped us try some rings for the first time, we still came back to him to get them. While I was waiting, a lady provided me truffle chocolate which tastes so good. The whole experience was so nice and we finally got our wedding bands!

I went with my husband to buy my birthday present here. We met Sandy and he was very kind and caring. I ordered at the store and received a package home. The ring came very well and Sandy took good care of it afterwards. I want to give him five stars. I'll find him again on my next visit.

I always buy my Tiffany jewelry from this store. I have never been disappointed. The sale associate who helped us last time was Joseph. He is professional, patient and respectful. I definitely give him 5 stars. The rest of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The collections in the store are pretty varied. I would definitely recommend this store.

Purchased the ring at Tiffany few years back but cannot find the box. I went here and ask for a new box or dust bag, but they refused to give that to me. I understand the box, but it’s such a disappointment with the dust bag. They are giving out extra dust bags all the time. It’s either poor management or discrimination.

My own shopping experience of Tiffany’s was incredible. I went into the store feeling apprehensive and anxious that I could not afford anything, and walked out with a beautiful engagement ring.If you’re looking for a piece of Tiffany’s, talk to Paul. He is an incredible representative who helps you find the perfect piece within your budget. He is exceptionally caring and very patient.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve never been treated worse, and especially at this price point I expect more. I placed a deposit for a ring and picked it up on my way to work conference a week later. I was told the deposit could be refunded to me if the item didn’t come in. Once I had arrived in my hotel, took a look and it was scratched up, dull, and not at all like what I had tried on. Apparently this is not an unheard of situation, I wish I had read the store reviews earlier. I came in to the store 4 times within the month to make a return and every time was told I had the “incorrect receipt”, it was damaged and could not be returned, or it could not be processed. Called customer service and every time they said there was no way a return was impossible, to try again. Still every associate took a quick look at my receipt and refused to do anything, would not even get on a device to access the system and make an attempt. Mind you, i live in Kingston and made 6 hour round trip drives because I was reassured it is possible to return a faulty item. I was finally able to reach a manager by phone, and was told I could not return a faulty product because it could not be resold. I am now having to go through my bank to dispute the charge because it is not my fault that a bad product was sold to me. Shame to everyone at Yorkdale, they lied when they told me a deposit could be returned and I never should’ve come here.
