Why doesn't anyone answer the phone ! It keeps cutting me off ! It put me on hold once and wait for someone to answer. And the lady answering , her accent is so strong I don't understand her .

Dr. Lowe is useless. Has little regard for his patients health. Had made multiple phone call appointments only for him to call on the wrong day each time and never sent my necessary paperwork. I would call back only to have the rude receptionists tell me to schedule a new appointment and act as if this is all my fault. Well known as the worst doctor of Collingwood! Please retire like all your staff and patients joke about.

This is the office I use for my children and can NEVER get through to the receptionist. Round and Round you go on the auto attendant. Will be a MIRACLE if you can actually get through and book an appointment. Other offices have an online option and are quick to respond to appointments. Not this office. Little regard for patients.
