Hailey was super nice and awesome customer service. The store was just about to close but Hailey was more than welcoming. Their chocolate Flavored icecream is delicious

Delicious, affordable ice cream. Staff is patient and helpful.You are at the mercy of availability when it comes to getting your preferred flavours. If you go prepared to compromise on flavour choice, it is well worth a visit.Have been a few times now, and we get cones as well as tubs of ice cream, have not been disappointed.We will continue to visit.

This ice cream is so amazing! Plus pink is my fav colour sooo it's a plus! But no really they have good selection of scoop icecream. Lots of Sugar free ice cream for the diabetics and people watching their sugar. Also I'm mild lactose and this icecream doesn't seem to bother me. They have icecream cakes for fun occasions. Its clean inside and also wheel chair friendly. It is very small inside so sometimes there is a line out the door but it's worth the wait. They have Waffle cones and regular cones. The seating outside is a bonus, sit down with friends/family or even your doggy and enjoy your delicious icecream. I'll be a forever customer.

One of the beauties of London, Ontario is small gems that one may accidentally run into. Case in point, London Ice Cream Company, located in a small road and away from busy main street! An unpretentious, good ice cream factory where one can enjoy some amazing ice cream!My understanding is that London Ice Cream has been around for 25+ has continues to amaze Londoners with its creamy old fashion" ice cream.They truly make quality ice cream. The ice cream is made in premis and each tub is filled with love

Great ice cream spot. The outside is a little dodgy but don't judge the book by the cover so to say.It's been at this location since 1998 and still going strong. The original moose track ice cream.Prices are fair and the ice cream is made on site.Limited parking and do have gluten free options.

One of the hottest weather years to date and what better way to kick summer then some icecream and oh man London Ice Cream Company carries the best and most flavorful icecream you will ever have. The 2L tubs come at a great price at 10.99 and many of the flavors have that pure vanilla cream taste you cant get in other branded ice cream places.praline, extreme cookie monster, moose tracks, carnival cotton are all excellent flavors to choose from and a great tub to bring for family or friends.

Great customer service. You know it had been a long hard busy day with the weather being perfect for ice cream. The girls kept their smiles even when it was almost closing and the ice cream rack kept falling. I would have either cried or hurled that tub of chocolate ice cream across the room but she kept a brave face and carried on. I hope your week gets better ♥️

Love the London Ice cream company! I've been going here since I was a kid. I stopped by their new location the other day, and the girl at the counter was the most helpful and provided the best customer service (I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she had blonde hair). I picked up one of their change over bins, which is the best deal at $13 for one of $25 for two bins. They are huge! She had a little list ready, so I didn't have to search through them she was able to tell me what was in there, which was so helpful. And she offered me a sample of the flavor before I bought the one I was thinking of getting! Their ice cream is the best in London and better than anything in a grocery store. I will definitely be back for more of those tubs. Thank you! :)
