The folks in the store were awesome (Hi Anna). They helped me to select the best windows for my needs. The guys in the yard are great as well. They loaded my windows in my truck and were very courteous and friendly. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

5 stars for a great selection. 1 star for awful customer service in my experience. The sales associate I dealt with was probably having bad day or something. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But still, he was very short with my wife and I. We felt like we interrupting his day. There was only 1 other customer in the showroom, and there were 2 other free associates, so it wasn't even as if they were swamped. Wouldn't go back based on my experience.

By far the worst retail experience in my life and I'm 64 years old! Was told when I purchased my siding there was no problem with returns. Nice man said you should see some of the stuff we take back.Sales lady was less than friendly. Young man in the yard when I did a return was angry right off the bat.Accused me of calling him a name and toughing material around!False! Until the end when I did call him a name!

The worst windows and worst customer service in Niagara. I had Dunrite windows installed in my house two years ago, and I just had to replace them by a much better company since Dunrite wouldn’t honour any type of warranty for me. We paid thousands just to have them all replaced two years later. Customer service was the worst of any company I’ve ever dealt with. We had our Dunrite windows installed by a contractor called SRS windows, and they were absolutely unprofessional. Their measurement of our windows was embarrassing and therefore windows were to small, only to be covered up by corner beads to hide the defect. When they tried to fix our windows since Dunrite would not, all they did was ooze an abundance of caulking on the glass and told us to scrap it off ourselves when it dried. When I told Dunrite what SRS windows had done to our windows when trying to repair them, their response was “well they have lots of jobs to do you know”. Great, thanks that helped.This is my first ever google review, I actually created an account just for this review and to warn everyone please save your money. You will regret it, as my family does and my other family members who were attracted to Dunrites and SRS windows cheaper options. It’s not worth it. Believe me.

Shopping local should mean better not worse customer service! We visited the Welland location on Friday morning, selected what we liked and went home to measure and finish our work day. We went back and arrived at 4:15pm knowing they closed by 5. By the time the helpful salesman inputed our order for 1 box of Novik stone and trim it was 4:45p.m.My husband couldn't find his debit card but it turned out it was down the side of the seat. He was going to run home 4 minutes away but was told they had put the delivery truck in front of the box we wanted and wouldn't move it even if we had the card right that minute. It doesn't take 15 minutes to move a truck and get 1 box. There was no use going in to say we had the card because the salesman said You should have come an hour earlier". It is their loss we went to Lowes who carry the same product

We were quoted $16,000 to $19,000 to put new siding on own home from a few contractors. We went to Dun Rite and got beautiful siding. It only cost us $3200 and my husband and his brother had it installed in 3 days! This place is gem! The staff was very patient with us asking questions and what not. I recommend them.

Buying Doorplex doors form this company is a bad idea. I have a door with a problem with the glass. I called to make them aware of this in June 2021 and had to call in august to find out what was going on. I was told that I needed to be patiencet as it is Covid. I sent them all the info for the 2nd time in oct 2021 and was assured it was getting dealt with. I was called 2 weeks later and was told to pick up my new glass. Spoke with @#$# the manger and was told they don't warrant anything, It is all through the manufacture. I called Doorplex. Was sent a warranty card, it let me know that they have a 20 year warranty but don't cover the labor following a year. So now I need to fix this myself or pay them 65.00 an hour for them to fix. Nice This door was ordered before the last problem I had

Unbelieveable - purchased $350 worth of piping but was given wrong size elbows by the experts which were installed but clearly leaked during first rain a few days after install. Owner / Manager wouldnt stand behind his employees mistake and offered 50% back ....for a business as rich as this place they wouldnt assume $53 mistake ..... sad day take your business elsewhere ..... what kind of business is this .... I didnt meet him half way I refused his offer in principle...... what did it cost you Mark in materials $5 in aluminum!!! Go elsewhere people go where customers are respected! Will they stand behind their window installations, highly doubtful. Look elsewhere and we have Mark to thank for letting us clearly know this company does not stand behind their mistakes.
