Guaranteed Comfort Heating and Cooling

This is the 3rd installation that I've done with Guaranteed Comfort, the service and the price are second to none. The installers were clean and professional. My new Mitsubishi Mini Duct system looks great and I am sure will last for years to come.

A friend referred us to Guarenteed.We had Stefan came out and quote us on the new heat pump system and a/c. That night we had a quote. He informed us about rebates and who to contact. A few days later Matt and his guys were at our place installing . Top Knotch company very happy ! Highly recommend!

I Highly Recommend Guaranteed Comfort. Stephan is an awesome Manger for this company. He gave me a quote on Tuesday and the installers were here today (Thursday). Stephan is very professional, caring and truthful. He answered all my questions regarding a new furnace and A/C. with No pressure. We called four companies to get quotes on a new furnace/ac system. Two of them came, took pictures and measurements then emailed us a quote.I know nothing about these systems so the emails were of no help to us. The third company didn’t even show up.Then Stephan came to give us a quote. He took so much time explaining to us all of our options and what the differences were. He was so professional and not the least bit pushy. We took a few weeks to decide but when we still couldn’t decide, Stephan came back and spent more time helping us make our decision. We feel very lucky to have had Guarantee Comfort Heating and Cooling take care of us. We were not initially sure who to contact regarding our furnace and air conditioning issues. We took a chance on the Google reviews with respect to contacting Guaranteed Comfort Heating and Cooling and we are glad that we did so. Matt and his team were super responsive and provided us with an excellent job. All of the staff that attended our home where extremely professional and polite. The work they did was first-class and was provided on a timely basis. They were also extremely clean in the way that they worked. You would not have known that they were even there. We would not have any hesitation in referring them to our family and friends.

Stephan came and gave us a quote for furnace and A/C. Pricing was very competitive. There was no pressure to sign up unlike salesman from other company.When the installers (Matt, Marcel and Cale) showed up to install furnace and A/C they were very professional explained everything and answered all my questions. They cleaned up everything when they were done and made sure I was satisfied. Stephan who quoted the job showed to make sure I was happy with the work done. I told him the guys did an excellent job. Stephan gave me a quote for heat pumps but I was still shopping around. After few more quotes I called him and said sorry I got a better deal. He said thank you for giving us the opportunity to quote for your home. I started checking reviews and complaints from customers. The next day I called Stephan back and asking him if he still wants to work with me. Long story short, in less than a week I was comfortable during the heat wave which started 2 days after the installation. Stephan and his team worked almost non stop for 2 days. It was done well and it works great. When I had an issue with one of the unit, I called Stephan to check it and within 30 minutes he was there and fixed it. Thank you Stephan for going above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and your customer is happy with the experience!!
