I Ordered parts in providing them with the make, model and size of engine. I also Specified which of two manufacturer sizes I needed. The Wrong size was ordered in and when I went to return the parts I was charged the shipping and restocking fee, which ended up a third of the price of the parts. Don't order parts that have to be brought in, even if they Order the wrong part it still costs you!

Since our first purchase 7 yrs ago we have never been disappointed. We have a dock system, boat lift, traded in out boat for a new stinray and purchased 2 used jet skies over this time.This wknd our boat lift had some mechanical problems. Darren came out Tuesday figured out the parts and came back tonight.We have always had great experiences and AMAZIÑG customer service.Being in the service industry in am always impressed with Mercury. Darren thanks for all you do and your great customer service.
