Sold me a bad vape device, said it was on sale.. it wasn't.. the colors they had where the only ones they had. I verified with another shop saying they had the same prices on the same colors. The device I bought was well under the 3 month warranty.. they wouldn't honor it, saying it was on sale" it wasn't.Full of sh!t/ 102 stars because at least she was nice while I was getting screwed."

I have been to hundreds of vape shops around Canada and Twisted Sisters is by far one of the best. Staff and owners are super cool and friendly. They have probably the largest selection I have ever seen and it's a really fun store to shop at.

Great prices, however if you order online, it does seem to take two days to get local delivery. Even if you order from Kitchener location I think they only deliver from Cambridge. A few times I have had to get else where in the mean time. So far I am pretty happy with the option for delivery but it does take time to get your order. For me they are my preferred vape store. I would highly recommend them. Friendly and great customer service. I really don't like to shop anywhere else.. My preferred vape store for sure!

Easily, the best vape store in KW Area! I used to live in Cambridge, and always shopped at that location. Tons of flavours and selection at both! However, the Kitchener location will go above and beyond for any vaping needs you may have! Scott took the time out of his night to deliver vape pods to me, outside of store hours, and after already arriving home for the day. Even after a few attempts of trying to deliver earlier, and not being able to get through, because the number provided had accidentally auto-filled and is currently out of service! Typically, it would’ve been delivered the next morning but he had no problem bringing them by tonight to satisfy his customer. AMAZING customer service!!! Also, every other time has been very fast delivery!

Not bad place. Prices are on point.Just do some research on your own before going in.They know their stuff but at the end of the day they will sell you on stuff that you mat or may not want. Ask them questions.The girls at the counter though are very sweet and very helpfulAllright edit caus ei can't create a new one. Fin GoogleBut I'm starting to really like this place it's still always my gotoGot introduced to a kitGo for the Cali g pen if you're like me who wants to vspe but doesn't want to go with coils and shutPerson who has been there awhile knew her stuffAnd explained and filled it for me.The product spoke for itself
