Her staff is incompetent and very disorganized.Glad I found a new rheumatologist

FOR THE RECORD: I HAVE HARD COPIES OF EVERY SINGLE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT, EVERY TEST, EVERY SINGLE CONSULT LETTER THAT PATIENTS DON’T USUALLY GET TO HAVE. SHOPPERS OWNS ACCURO: WHICH IS THE MEDICAL COMPUTER SYSTEM THEY USE AND EVEN THOUGH THEY MIGHT LOSE RECORDS, I DID NOT. 3 COPIES OF EVERYTHINGThis doctor can be nice, sure, if you fit into the scope of what she is capable of understanding. If you are complex, ask too many questions, hold her or Shopper's Drug Mart (they own this FOR PROFIT BUSINESS) accountable, then you will be treated like you are crazy, it's all in your head. Then you try to go elsewhere but they won't do 2nd opinions even though you have never actually been told anything in the first place. This used to be a respected profession, people used to look up to doctors, now doctors are becoming just like every other 1% person. Shallow, plastic and greedy.

Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful Doctor. Thank you for being a good thoughtful person. My pain is since August 15 - 2018 . I talked with my neighbor which has Reumatoid Arterities that's how I discovered name or reason for of my pain because I didn't know if my neighbor was talking about her or me by symptoms also excruciating pain she also me has. My lungs Doctor send me at this wonderful Doctor.

Was referred to this doctor find my family physician after looking for a new rheumatologist. At the first visit I felt hopeful that she wanted to take me on as a new patient and we had set a second appointment for follow up in the coming months. However after contacting the clinic to get information on test results ordered by Dr Strajkovic, was told that she wanted me to return to my previous rheumatologist for any treatment options as she was “only a second opinion” doctor. I was very confused by this as we had already booked in follow up appointment. I asked to see her anyways to review the tests that Dr. stajkovic ordered because i was hoping to go with her as a new patient but in that 2nd appointment she seemed very angry and frustrated that I would even go back to her. Her language and Demeanour was very different from the first appointment- It was obvious that she was annoyed and disinterested in my case … and her frustration towards me coming to see her rather than returning to my previous doctor made me feel very unwelcome. Did not feel like I had much of a choice when she was being so rude. I would hope in the future Dr. Stajkovic is more professional around her patients and does not make it so uncomfortable them.

Dr. Stajkovic is an amazing doctor! She is very knowledgeable and caring. Her bedside manner is excellent and I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful doctor caring for me!!

Dr cooper has to be in the top 5 doctor in canada in his field. Excellant communication.

Dr. Stajkovic is the absolute best. She's thorough, diligent in patient care, amazing with following up and even calls her patients on weekends to touch base!!If you get to be her patient, thank your lucky starts to be part of her practice! I do!!

Dr Stajkovic is very caring and passionate and knowledgable. She persisted. until she arrived at a diagnosis of this long term medical illness that I’ve had for so long so that she could treat me accordingly.. Thank you Dr Stajkovic for caring for me:, I appreciate you so much!

Best rheumatologist! She cares so much about her patients. Best of all she really listens to what I want or don't want regarding medications.

Dr. Strajkovic is a very kind and relatable dr. I am very happy to have been referred to her as she is knowledgeable and patient. I have been seeing her for many years for help dealing with my psoriatic arthritis. I have never found the wait time a problem as delays are not intentional in her office.
