In October I had knee surgery and needed to get a custom box spring in very short time as well as a mattress for the person who would come to help me. Dino made this happen in time for my surgery delivery and set up. It made things run smoothly and I am grateful.

We bought a mattress here about a year ago and had great service. We went back about 2 weeks ago to look for a mattress for my son. Had great service when we went in. We were not ready to buy a mattress that day - we were basically just checking out prices. We went back today to get the mattress we originally looked at. It was $50 more today as the sale was over from our first visit. The gentleman remembered us from our first visit - that was really impressive to me and he honored the price from 2 weeks ago. Mattress was in stock so we walked out with it today. Great service, good price - highly recommend this place.

Although I did not purchase from this store, due to personal limitations, I must leave a fantastic review!I was referred here by others who were pleased with their service & quality.First off, when I walked in, the location was clean, open and easy to shop around. Secondly, I did not get approached by anyone with a salesman tactic! (Much appreciated!)I was so pleased with how much knowledge was provided to me, along with how accommodating they were. They tried to fit my budget, while finding me what I was looking for.I would highly recommend Sleep Factory to anyone looking for a mattress!

The Guelph store have been very helpful in getting me the XL size mattress I needed for my needs. They even upgraded my mattress to a better one at no additional charge as it was in stock whereas my original purchase I would have had to wait a couple weeks for it to be made. Very good place to deal with, talk to Dino, he'll look after you.

My husband and I spent a fair amount of time looking for a new bed. We went to many different places and came back to sleep factory. The customer service we received was incredible. Also the prices for the beds were unbeatable. We found the same bed for far less at sleep factory than anywhere else. If you are looking for a new bed I urge you to head over to sleep factory, you will not be disappointed.

I paid $179 for a mattress cover and was expecting a quality product for something at that price point. What I got was a very cheap and flimsy peice of material that is worse than the $30 replacement I picked up at Walmart. I will not be shopping at Sleep Factory again.

Horrible customer service over the phone. I could not even get a word in because the person over the phone wouldn't stop talking. Then when I did try to talk I had to repeat myself multiple times!I was previously told on a Monday that they were receiving my bedframe in their warehouse on the Tuesday or Wednesday and that I would be getting on Thursday. I called back Thursday asking when they were coming, and I was told that my bedframe is still not in their warehouse and it will be another week before I get it. Very bothersome. I asked what happened in those two-three days that changed it from a week if they knew when they were getting it in their warehouse and they couldn't tell me. I asked a few more questions and I did not get a response.Their online 'chat' on their website is also poorly managed. I messaged them, thinking I would get a somewhat instant reply as it said they were online and ready to chat" and I didn't hear anything back until after I was done on the phone call - 30 minutes later!"

Went to mattress shopping. They have a wider range of mattresses in the store. Customer service is also exceptionally good and have good deals too.

Store is permanently closed. Made a deposit with the owner. Mattress was to be picked up in-store in 1 week. Owner would call when it arrives.Two weeks passed. No call. Went in-store to find it closed. I was surprised as there was no indication or warning beforehand.Called Sleep Factory Guelph, no response. Contacted Sleep Factory headquarters. They won't refund me.Contacted my credit card company, and they happily made a chargeback to get my deposit back.Avoid Sleep Factory.
