I recently purchased a 2018 Ram truck 2500 diesel from Chris at Eckert Auto Sales and we are very pleased with the service we have received. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and purchased it right away as we had been looking for a new work truck for our installers for some time now. Chris at Eckert Auto Sales was GREAT to deal with! The price was right on my 2014 Chevy Impala, but that's not the only reason I am thankful that I purchased it from Eckert's! The customer service didn't stop once the sale was complete... I noticed my Air Conditioning was not working the day after bringing my car home and Eckert's repaired it without any hesitation. Any dealership could have told me it was my problem, but Eckert's made sure I was happy with my purchase. I 100% recommend purchasing your next car from Eckert's!! Chris was great frol the first phone call. Answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and call me back. Was patient with me as I was excited for my car and kept me updated on things. It was a great experience next time I need something It'll be my first phone call

I recently purchased my Mustang Convertible from Eckert Auto Sales and could not be happier! Their reply to my initial contact was immediate and Chris answered all of my questions very patiently. The paperwork was thoroughly explained to me, completed quickly and I had my car personally delivered by the owners 2 days later!! I live quite a ways away and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the car here. Dealing with them was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Don't worry if you don't live in their town, they will get the car to you! The car itself is beautiful!!! Exactly what I was looking for, especially manual transmission, which is hard to find. I understand their dealership specializes in finding these specific vehicles. They were wonderful overall to deal with and I am happy to get to share my experience!

About 2 months ago I purchased a GMC Sierra from Eckert, working with Chris through the entire process. I'm still thrilled. As a business owner myself, working with Chris was such a pleasure. Chris sent me an email with my monthly payments before I even stepped foot onto the dealership which helped in my decision making. I recently purchased a vehicle from Chris. After only having the vehicle for around a month, I had two major issues with the car. I was in complete panic that this would not be covered by warranty. I thought I had bought a lemon and was completely upset and stressed. I emailed Chris with my concerns, he personally dealt with getting the car fixed for me. Kept it longer to personally drive it to make sure everything was in working order after the shop released it. Arranged for me to pickup the car after hours because I live so far away! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Very honest ! Xo
