Bought a nice Kona, enjoy it very much & taking it in for service or oil changes was/is great & works with my schedule. The options for what needs done on your car done thru email or text is easy. Recommend this place for a great car.

My experience is much like any other new car branded dealership. The hyundai I bought was fine but I felt like booking a service was more hassle than it was worth most times.The 2 stars does NOT reflect the staff, as everyone I've dealt with was courteous, friendly, respectful, andpoòooppp professional, but the service experience and the standard dealership feeling is not particularly enjoyable.If you have a new or used hyundai with any amount of warranty I would advise dealing with them to stay eligible for covered warranty work and recalls.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE. Purchased a brand new car from them and have had it for less than a year, and it has needed to be towed twice, brought in six times, and still none of the issues that are under warranty have been fixed. They skirt around my questions and say its fixed when it is not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have owned Hyundai vehicles for 20 years. I think the service has improved over the last 5 years. They fixed my tire today while I waited. Took maybe 20 minutes and came back washed.

Sunny was awesome! Very accommodating and willing to wait until the right car in the right colour came in, instead of forcing a sale that I was 98% satisfied with, he let me wait until I would be 110% satisfied. Service department is awesome too. Andrew is very accommodating as well and always makes sure everything is taken care of!

I had a wonderful experience buying from here, my salesman Jaiden was very professional and knowledgeable with his cars and knew what he was talking about. All the staff here are very friendly people and are always there to help. Would recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

What a pleasant experience that was compared to what I was used to and expecting at a new car dealership.Pat Windrum was accommodating and not the least intimidating which one may think a typical salesman personifies.I look forward coming back!

May 3rd, 2023.We have been looking for new vehicle since last two weeks and visited many dealerships that includes BMW, Audi Mazda and Nissan.We were looking to upgrade from our current sub compact SUV to Mid Size SUV. Before arriving at this dealership we test drove few vehicles and liked one of them but was not able to close the deal.It unfortunate that most of the dealerships will try hard to sell vehicles with higher trims and actually care less about customer needs and budget. They will apply pressure techniques to trap customers into deals they don’t want. So it’s advisable to come prepared.Luckily Hyundai Regina was not one of those dealership.Upon arrival at Hyundai dealership we met Sales Consultant Pat Windrum, who we found very professional and knowledgeable. He started the conversation with apologizing for wait time.We explained him about our needs/requirements he arranged test drive of 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid which we loved and end up purchasing.We got vehicle over publish price due to shortage and we wanted to buy immediately rather then waiting but in the end it worked out for us.Finance Manager Melissa Gettis, who I never met but my wife told me that she was professional and helpful.Showroom (interior) had only one car all other vehicles were outside.Dealership looked good, clean with nice sitting area.Based on my today’s experience, I highly recommend this dealership.

Sunny, Ryan and Melissa were fantastic. Listened to what I needed and worked with that to get me in a brand new 2023 Tucson! I won’t drive anything but Hyundai because it is a great vehicle but when you get customer service like that why would you go anywhere else. Thanks so much!
